A Quick and Easy Way To Prepare Ramen Cups When it comes to cooking, you always have some recipes that stay close to your heart either because you can enjoy them all the time or they remind you of something special. Here are the ingredients that you will require for preparing Ramen Cups 120 grs A-Sha Dry Noodles 2 tablespoons of sushi vinegar 2 tablespoons of wasabi Furikake 1 ½ tablespoons of cooking oil 1 egg A pinch of salt

Ingredients required for Tuna poke 400 grs Tuna (cut it into small cubes) A little over 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds 1 1/2 tablespoons of sesame seeds 2 tablespoons chopped ginger 2 tablespoons of chopped chives 5 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 teaspoons of yuzu powder 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 1 tablespoon of lime juice 1 tablespoon of togarashi 1 avocado, (make sure you chop it into very small cubes)

Cooking Directions 1. In order to preare this food, you need to make Ramen cups at the first place. So start by cooking the noodles as described in the package. After that place the noodles in a strainer to drain them well. 2.You now have to shift the boiled noodles in a medium-sized bowl and mix vegetable oil, sushi vinegar, Furikake and salt in them. Then keep them aside for five to six minutes so that noodles can cool down. 3.The next step is to preheat the oven to 80C/350F. 4.Once you are done with that you can then take a 12 cup muffin pan and line it with parchment paper squares. If you fail to use parchment paper squares, you won’t be able to prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan. 5.After that, mix an egg into the noodles and pulse them in a food processor a couple of times to chop them effectively. For obtaining that amazing texture, it’s important that you do not make the mistake of over chopping the noodles.


6.Now fill each muffin cup with 2 ½ tablespoons of the noodle mixture to make Ramen cups. You have to press the noodle mixture effectively to make Ramen cups and then bake them in the oven for approximately half an hour 7. The next step is to make poke, for which you need to take a huge bowl and add all the ingredients in it except avocado. Make sure that you add avocado in the end when everything is mixed effectively. 8.Add poke to the ramen cups top with avocado.
