A-Sha Noodle Salad - Easy To Make! Salads have a huge potential to make you fit and healthy because they include a lot of fresh veggies and fruits, which have high-nutritional values. Salads can be generally prepared quickly in a very short time and still can have a lot of flavor! Apart from making fruit salad and vegetable salads, you can also try noodle salads!



The best part of preparing a salad is that you can add all kinds of ingredients you love, including all your favorite veggies. You can even mix certain fruits in the vegetable salad to enhance its taste. Similarly, you can also add a variety of veggies in a fruit salad to make it more nutritious. In this post, we will prepare a Noodle Salad. This can be served during lunch or dinner as the main meal or a side dish. Ingredients required for preparing A-Sha Noodle Salad for 4 servings. 500 grams of dry noodles 1 cup finely chopped carrot 1 cup finely chopped red bell peppers (you can even mix both red and green bell peppers or whatever is your favorite!) 1 cup bean sprouts 2 teaspoons sesame oil 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons red chili flakes 1/4 cup roasted peanuts 3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic 3 tablespoons lime juice ď Ź Preparation: 1.

Take a medium size pan and heat some water in it to cook the noodles. Always read the instructions in the pack to cook them perfectly. Overcooked noodles will ruin the consistency of the dish.

After cooking the noodles, put them in a vegetable strainer to drain the water completely. Then keep them aside.

Take a large sized bowl and add the vegetables: finely chopped carrots, red bell peppers, bean sprouts, chopped garlic, and roasted peanuts. Mix them effectively.

Add noodles to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined in the bowl. You can also cut the noodles into short pieces to make them easier to eat.

Add rice vinegar, red chili flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce and finely chopped cilantro in the bowl and toss all ingredients.

Once complete keep the noodle salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour to cool or enjoy warm.
