At tiny Pizzetteria Brunetti in Westhampton Beach, New York, father and son chefs Michael and Jason Brunetti assembled a few select ingredients on each delectable Neapolitan pie, aiming for simplicity and balance rather than trying to put an entire kitchen pantry on a round of dough.
