Refunds
Youth/Teen
Parents/guardians of children under 18 years old who reside within the Novato city limits may apply for a financial assistance scholarship. Families meeting the financial eligibility requirements are eligible to receive a $150 scholarship. Funding is available on a “first-come, firstserve basis.” For more information, call (415) 899-8279 or (415) 899-8290. Applications are available at the customer service locations, Novato Gymnastics Center, 950 Seventh Street, or the Margaret Todd Senior Center, 1560 Hill Road or online at www.novato.org/prcs.
Seniors
Seniors meeting the financial eligibility requirements are currently eligible to receive a $50 scholarship. Funding is available on a “first-come, first-serve basis.” For more information, call (415) 899-8290. Applications are available online at www.novato.org/prcs or the Margaret Todd Senior Center, 1560 Hill Road.
Full refunds will be issued for a program altered or canceled by the City, or if a participant is dissatisfied with any program. Refund requests must be made no later than one working day after the program ends. Refund and/or program transfer requests must be accompanied by a Refund/Transfer request form. A Refund/Transfer request form, and our Refund Policy are available at our customer service locations, and online under “Directory of Forms” at www.novato.org/prcs. An $8 registration fee will be subtracted from your refund along with a $5 processing fee ($13 total). Registrations paid by cash or check will be refunded by a City check. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used to register for the program. It may take up to three weeks to receive refund checks. Refunds may be prorated to cover nonrefundable costs such as service fees, partial class attendance, materials, prepaid transportation, and tickets. Once the following programs have started, no refunds will be given: day camps, gymnastics camps, specialty camps, or one-day programs.

Sorry, but our excellent programs are sometimes cancelledwhen everyone waits to the last minute to register. We need to make decisions before the start date to allow for proper preparation.
