Membership Chair Walt Gammill, Past President Chris Beeson, (Absent) Mary Beth Bathrick, Lorraine Kaczmarek, Derek Parker, Bob Pentecost, Vicki Pentecost, Walt Thode, Ken Robinson, Bob Denton, Chris Denton, Margie Baehr, Carole Flatter, and Jeff Woody. President Kaczmarek called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
OLD BUSINESS: A. March 5 Tech Session, Meeting – Derek Parker – Shaun Ferguson The session is in the Service Garage at Porsche of Boise. R.S.V.P. to prepare space. $5.00 per person via PayPal. Please send in any technical questions in advance for instructor to prepare agenda. A Saturday evening dinner is pending. Guest speaker, PCA Tech Expert Bob Mohan B.
Final Update of Bobcat Incident – Rob Grover PCA insurance approved the claim. A check is in the mail.

SSPCA 2017 calendar progress – Sid Cannon Update tabled. Sid will update at the March 2017 Board Meeting.
NEW BUSINESS A.
Spuds Member Meeting / BBB Auction February 13. - Bob Denton Thirty-five RSVP at time of meeting. SSPCA agreed to split proceeds of a Meridian Speedway driving package donate by Kent Smith. Kent’s charity provides homes for local veterans.
B.
March 12 Spring Fling – The Nest - Carole Flatter 6:00pm to 9:00pm
$20 / Person Porsche of Boise sponsoring the food and two door prizes $25 / Person for optional wreath making class Photographer on duty
C.
Auto-Cross Clinic and Competition, June 4 – Margie Baehr Held at Expo Idaho $1100 deposit to be mailed to Expo Idaho Rob Grover will review contract before submission. Porsche of Boise will once again sponsor event.

Fall PCA Members Only Raffle – Paul Kaczmarek SSPCA member, Elliot Mark, won a 2017, Porsche 911. Porsche of Boise is helping the Mark family order the new car.

PCA 2016 Region Procedures Manual – Paul Kaczmarek The new rules are available on PCA.org web site.

National PCA Award submission – Paul and Lori Kaczmarek Paul nominated Bob and Vicki Pentecost as Enthusiast Family of the year. Vicki humbly declined Margie Baehr volunteered to help Vicki write a nomination for SSPCA as region of the year. Submission of our charity work for consideration is pending.

Intermountain Region proposal for multi-region event – Paul Kaczmarek Rich Sanders extended an invitation to hold a mixed club event. Due to scheduling conflicts with existing SSPCA events, we declined. Paul emailed Rich to discuss possible 2018 events.
