Among the offices on the ballot for the Tuesday, Nov. 6 election in Long Beach and Signal Hill will be the 44th and 47th districts of the United States House of Representatives, the 70th district of the California State Assembly, and the 33rd district of the State Senate. The Signal Tribune requested that each of the candidates seeking those seats submit information on his or her campaign, the results of which are published below. Those ballots may also be returned in person to the The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder and County Clerk headquarters or delivered to any polling place in Los Angeles County before the polls close at 8pm on Election Day. Ballots received after 8pm on Nov. 6, regardless of postmark, will not be accepted.
