Wednesday, Dec. 8 Pursuit 12:30am - 1300 block of 34th Street Long Beach police officers engaged in a short pursuit of a suspected drunk driver. The suspect’s vehicle crashed into a residence causing minor damage. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. Officers’ investigation revealed the vehicle was an unreported stolen vehicle, and officers located two car stereos and burglary tools inside the vehicle. Sunday, Dec.12 Assault & Robbery 5:30am - 1900 block of Pine Avenue An adult male victim was walking in the alley when two suspects attacked him. The suspects robbed the victim and fled. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of his non-life threatening injuries. Monday, Dec. 13 Felony Suspect Arrested 12:30am - Golden Avenue & PCH Patrol officers conducted a traffic stop and discovered a concealed weapon inside the vehicle. The driver was arrested for the weapons violation and had his probation violated.
