EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Building a strong, secure energy future around the world.

SRC Global Solutions Group is as much a bold and daring concept as it is an innovative company. We believe that the dynamic integration of energy types and services is essential in achieving a prosperous and equitable society – regardless of where it is in the world.

Global demand for energy is rapidly increasing while at the same time, CO2 emissions must be reduced. Abundant, affordable, and environmentally responsible energy must be developed internationally to meet these demands today and into the future.

Currently, fossil fuels are the main sources of energy. Given the present social, political and economic instability of these sources renewable and alternative energy will be critical in the continued development of affordable electrical power into the future future. As the existing energy industry appears to be unable to provide solutions on its own at this time, it is imperative that societies find ways for energy prosperity and global peace. In short, energy needs to be available, affordable and secure for all. To achieve this, the current global energy system must shift from a chemical energy conversion system fraught with inferior efficiencies to a more efficient, more economical electrical one. New power technologies must focus on energy use more than on energy production and distribution.

Energy production will become more regional. Wind energy and biomass conversion offer a certain measure of choice on where and when to produce electricity. Wind farms are located where suitable wind conditions and land are available and their proximity to customers. Conversely there is no choice possible on where to locate an oil field --- it is where the deposits Conversely, are, and that may be half a world away from most customers. The dependence on the current and expensive oil and gas transportation infrastructure will be diminished relative to the superefficient HVDC systems for delivering electric energy to industrial and residential customers. Ultimately, we future energy may not be transporting as a chemical commodity but instead be transporting as pure energy itself.

1

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Improve existing energy related technologies and public policies.

It is our belief that new economic approaches must be considered to drive sustainable energy solutions. Solutions such as introducing pricing and regulatory changes to reduce per capita energy consumption and carbon emissivity, and increase thermodynamic efficiency of energy usage. Energy prices should be sufficiently high to punish wasteful behavior while honoring efficient energy use across the board. Here are a few of our thoughts on how we can collectively build a future where affordable electricity is assured…

Technologies for renewable energy are still more expensive than electricity from paid-off thermal power plants. In order to achieve a diversity of electricity from primary renewable energy sources it seems crucial that operators of all renewable energy systems, to recover their sometimes high up up-front front investment costs, costs get guaranteed feed-in feed in tariffs which cover their specific generation costs, with regressive tariffs over time.

Models should be developed which apply guaranteed feed-in-tariffs for electricity imports. This can give access to cheap primary resources for mutual benefit of export and import countries. The energy system on the long run need not be more expensive than the old fossil way of doing things up to now.

Massive long distance HVDC electrical power transmission will promote energy security and access to least cost production areas from renewable sources. Such schemes work for all industrialized regions of the world. Instead of a one-way supply structure from the power plant to the user, user the electrical power grid of the future will be a multi-way multi way network to balance local or regional supply and demand.

We believe there will be a trend to producing electrical power on a local basis – for security reasons and for protection of essential life line services. There needs to be a balance between locally produced energy and cheap imports. A standard for mandatory use of renewable energy by every household or business should be considered as an incentive for more security, for controlling efficiency of electricity use and for reducing costs.

2

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Using modern information technology such as the Smart Meter, will can manage demand side and improve the match between production and consumption of electricity electricity. This will reduce the requirements for stand-by capacity to follow peaks in demand and reduce overall costs. With proper incentives most electricity will be consumed synchronous with production, so that there will be no need for storage. Storage and time management of electrical energy is critical for the stability and robustness of a grid depending on solar and wind as dominant primary power sources. Facilities like electric cars, many heating or cooling appliances or private washing machines can be programmed to draw power from the grid during off-peak hours. Laptop computers and other electronic devices with storage batteries can be programmed to go off-grid at certain times during the day.

We believe storage is best provided locally near the point of use. In the near future every house every business, house, business every building and every car has its own local electrical energy storage device - an uninterruptible power supply capable of handling the entire needs of the owner for 24/7. Based on yesterday’s lead-acid storage batteries, a 100 kWh electrical energy storage for a typical apartment house would require a small room and cost over $ 20,000. But it is possible to shrink the size of such installations and to drop cost. Super capacitors may provide a better solution.

The energy system of the future, based on renewable energy, will essentially be a market system. Energy will be produced where it is cheapest and most available in terms of capacity and time. We should consider abandoning subsidies for non-renewable energy that do not cover their cost. Proactive bipartisan government action independent of interest groups is critical in this area – not for subsidized nuclear energy or coal, coal but for correct pricing and for a strong power transmission system.

Zero emissions building technology is available today. So let’s not forget the cheapest resource we have: energy efficiency. We advocate more stringent standards on all energyconsuming products, standards analogous to electrical safety standards but aimed at wasteful use of energy.

3

GENERAL MARKET OVERVIEW [BRAND]

SRC Global Solutions serves the following general market segments worldwide:

Municipalities

In the current economic climate, municipalities all over the world continue to look for opportunities to optimize the value of the operating budgets on a day-to-day basis. One area local governments focus on is continual energy usage analysis as a basis for cost efficient improvements to existing infrastructure driving reliable and sustainable energy initiatives. Municipalities continue to look for ways, possibly through public-private partnerships in collaboration with local public utility companies, to augment power generation in the local market.

In their quest to provide reliable energy to their communities, municipalities also focus on emergency preparedness preparedness. That is, is the development of site specific power sources designed to offset any interruption in service due to weather related emergencies such as hurricanes, tornadoes, or ice storms.

Power Generation / Infrastructure Development

The electrical power industry is commonly split up into four processes. These are electricity generation such as a power station generation, electric power transmission, electricity distribution and electricity retailing. In the United States, electric power companies own the whole infrastructure from generating stations to transmission and distribution infrastructure. For this reason, electric power is viewed as a natural monopoly. The industry is regulated in many states, often with price controls and is frequently government government-owned owned and operated operated. There is a movement toward deregulation in many areas of the country enabling customers to choose their power supplier at competitive prices from among local retail energy providers. These retail electric providers do not own infrastructure. They purchase their power from the same transmission and distribution infrastructure mentioned above.

Globally, electrical power industries differ by country depending on the existing infrastructure and political climate.

SRC Global Solutions works with lenders, investors and leasing management companies to arrange for the required capital to finance the purchase of real asset equipment to be used in energy production.

Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development

Sustainable energy is the provision of energy such that it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Sustainable energy sources are most often regarded as including all renewable sources, such as plant matter, solar power, wind power, wave power, geothermal power and tidal power. It usually also includes technologies that improve energy efficiency. Conventional fission power is sometimes referred to as sustainable, but this is controversial politically due to concerns about peak uranium, radioactive waste disposal and the risks of disaster due to accident, accident terrorism terrorism, or natural disaster disaster.

Globally, sustainable and renewable energy initiatives differ by country depending on the existing infrastructure and political climate.

SRC Global Solutions is actively involved within this market segment in the promotion of ‘environmentalism’ - a broad philosophy and social movement regarding concerns for environmental conservation and improvement of the state of the environment. To that end, the company continues to develop and manufacture energy efficient products and as well as develop and provide educational services promoting renewable and sustainable energy management best practices.

SRC actively partners with lenders, investors and leasing management companies to arrange for the required capital to finance the purchase of real equipment for energy production.

BUSINESS MODEL

BUSINESS MODEL [BRAND]

SRC Global Solutions, LLC achieves above average gross margin compared to others in our industry.

We believe that excellent margin is critical to drive our business forward. It is essential to attract and keep the best people in our company and maintaining a scaleable infrastructure required for sustainable growth and profitability. We believe our business model scores well here. It’s a great starting point to build an outstanding business and deliver an excellent return on our equity.

We have high quality skilled sales people who know how to sell our services well.

Ours is a complex product/service offering living in a vibrant and ever-changing market environment. Because of that we continually look for ways to simplify our brand position. We believe there is a direct relationship between our success in selling and the level of understanding of what we sell among our target audience. That is, the more our customers understand about what we do the more motivated they are to buy from us. We believe our current business model is here and warrants improvement. Our brand may lack a strong niche or lack a definable selling strategy. We are focusing on improving our performance in any of these areas such as; better filling the needs of an unserved or underserved market, having a product/service that a salesperson of ordinary skill can sell reasonably well, having a definable and repeatable sales process, having definable and identifiable prospects, and identifying new market trends to champion and drive forward.

We regularly use intellectual property [brand capital, the ability to find and attract quality employees, processes, access to financial capital, capital structure, key relationships with vendors/customers, etc.] in our business that increases our profitability.

Our business has plenty of intellectual capital - traditional [patents, trademarks, copyrights, business processes, best practices and trade secrets] and less conventional [intimate knowledge of customers, prospects, vendors, acquisition targets, availability of a celebrity endorser, marquee customers, and a CEO of stature]. We consider our current financial capital,

8

BUSINESS MODEL [BRAND]

situation as acceptable but requires improvement. Historically, we have been mostly a selffunded organization but we feel that in order to capitalize on the numerous business opportunities in our marketplace additional funding is required to meet our long term growth objectives. We believe we have the ability to attract and retain top talent and we possess the right talent of ownership. We work hard to deliver a unique brand that is meaningful to the market. It continues to evolve every day as we discover new potential revenue streams for the company. We believe our company is strong in this area. We have the capitals necessary to execute our business model successfully and we continue to improve the strengths of our capital to sustain growth.

We have a strong competitive advantage and should be able to maintain it.

We continue to drive our ongoing competitive advantage by strengthening barriers of exit for customers, strengthening barriers to entry for competitors, and anticipating the next paradigm shift. Our company works hard to predict the business environment in which we will be operating two to three years from now. This is important because we believe that once we see a trend it is already too late. We need to predict what the environment will be and act as if it will happen. It our only way to continued to success.

We believe our business model scores well

here. It is designed to most likely create barriers to competition and customer exit enabling us to maintain higher than average margins.

Our customers are willing to pay a premium for our product/service and understand the value of the additional charge.

Our company strives to build meaningful business relationships with high quality customers. This strategy delivers us; a high comparative dollar margin or margin percentage, customer loyalty, a high level of need for our value proposition, reasonably low maintenance relative to margin, low relative cost of attraction versus lifetime margin, the customer`s business is growing, excellent payment history, and low relative support cost. We believe our existing model most likely attracts the right type customer to our business and creates ongoing value for the customer and reasonable margin for you.

9

BUSINESS MODEL [BRAND]

We are highly confident that our industry will continue to evolve profitably well into the future.

We are confident that our existing model has the benefit of a long life. This enables us to focus on improving other aspects of our model.

We think we can sell the business through a broker for a price we can live with....or better.

We are beginning to focus on exit strategy. We have years before we are looking to exit, so we are currently developing strategies designed to increase the value of our business. Our focus is on making the company run well without your constant daily activity of the owner, maximizing profit margins, and exploring new and exciting business segments to make the company more attractive to potential buyers at the time the exit will be executed.

We have virtually no risk of a detrimental pitfall.

Given our company vision, the exponential growth and interest potential in out marketplace, we currently do not foresee any punitive governmental action or inaction that cannot be addressed, a competitor appearing out of nowhere, a hot market cooling off, too intangible a product/service, or one that is overly prone to litigation. We believe our existing model avoids most or all of the common pitfalls however we constantly re-evaluate our criteria regularly to anticipate any potential changes in the marketplace that would affect the well-being of the company.
