The Upper Level of the Home is laid out as a Studio Space ( ie One Large Open Plan Room ) made by Parallel Aligning the 2 x 40’ Type 1A HC Containers and removing the entire Internal Sidewalls creating space for Kitchen, Dining Table, Living and Sleeping Area. The Lower 2 x 20’ Type 1A HC Containers are Bathroom and Guest Space / Storage. Note the Structural I – Beams that have been placed on the roof of the 20’ Containers to bear the Loading of the Building. According to Architect Paola Rossi Construction Costs where approximately 30% less than regular Construction
