AGENCY COMMISSIONS:15% commission to recognized advertising agencies. Agency must submit compete digital files with color match print; otherwise, typesetting and artwork will be charged at trade rates and no commission can be taken. PRODUCTION CHARGES: All production services will be billed at publisher’s costs. Please request quotes in advance. GENERAL REGULATIONS: All advertising is subject to publisher’s approval. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations are not accepted after space reservation closing date. Special cover positions are non-cancelable. If a contract advertiser does not supply new copy by materials and copy due date, publisher will repeat previous advertisement. Advertisers will receive a rebate if, within a 12-month period from date of first insertion, they have used sufficient additional space to earn a lower rate than that at which they have been billed. Advertisers will be charged back if, within a 12-month period from the date of first insertion. the amount of space upon which their billing has been based. All accounts are payable net 30 days. A 1.5% monthly finance fee will be charged to accounts over 30-days. If unpaid bills must be turned over to a collection service or attorney, advertiser will be charged for all related fees and expenses.
