to enjoy the many benefits inside We want our members to adopt healthier lifestyles and truly use their time with us. That’s why we don’t have long‑term contracts, but focus on providing real benefits. It’s also why new members start with a free assessment and personal consultation with an exercise professional.

Membership Options: An enrollment fee of $95 applies to all options.

Individual - $49.50/month This membership provides full use of the facility during our hours of operation, plus access to all member group fitness classes, stretch breaks, gym activities and intramurals.

Household Add-on - $41.50/month In order to make wellness a family affair, additional memberships from the same household as an individual member qualify for full membership at a reduced rate.

Select Times - $41.50/month Those who only visit the facility during our select times can choose this affordable membership type. Includes access to the facility from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm and on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm. Members must be 16+ years old. We reserve the right to change fees at any time. Fees shown do not include applicable taxes.

3. Cardiac Rehabilitation

Summer Camp for Kids Children are introduced to a broad spectrum of activities to promote active, healthy living. All children may attend and participate, regardless of ability. All campers will use our warm water pool 2 to 4 days per week. Pool time is supervised by a certified Lifeguard. Life jackets are supplied for those who require them. If your child requires special assistance to participate, you must provide an attendant (at no charge). Please provide a bag lunch and snacks that respect our peanut-free policy.
