Hays, MD Providing medical, dental, laboratory and psychological services, The UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center is a joint venture between UK’s College of Medicine and the community health board. It is the first community health center in Kentucky to be affiliated with a university and family medicine residency training program. The medical clinic provides comprehensive primary care, from newborn and well-child care, maternal prenatal care to geriatric care. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale and all patients are treated regardless of their income or ability to pay. The dental clinic offers comprehensive oral health services, including mobile dental outreach via a Ronald McDonald Care Mobile at area schools and child care centers. Psychological services encompass a full range of behavioral health services across the lifespan. Laboratory services provide patients with high-quality testing services that are convenient, efficient, timely and reliable.
