A letter from Tom Sellars Chairman & CEO

We’re in this Together Without our customers there would be no sales and without our people we would have no products to sell--- no business would exist. So, we are dependent on each other.

Dear Valued Customer, Sellars is an “Essential Business” that has continued to operate safely 24 hours, 6-7 days per week at multiple locations during the pandemic to provide products that keep people and their work environment clean and safe. We appreciate your business and your understanding of the many extraordinary challenges of manufacturing safely during this unprecedented pandemic. We especially appreciate your help in working with us when there are specific supply challenges. We value the trust that you place in us as we continue to serve you. We value the trust that our employees have in us to keep them safe and informed. We’ve taken our responsibility very seriously. There have been countless hours and sleepless nights as we worked and worried. I’m proud to say that our people, who truly care about our customers, have risen to this crisis by continuing to come to work as we’ve worked through many obstacles. We’re dedicated to serving our customers. We also have a fiduciary and moral responsibility to provide a safe workplace for our people which we are very committed to do. We’ve been working intensely on operating safely during this pandemic since early March which is when we established a COVID Task Force to meet weekly, and a Health and Safety Sub-Committee to meet daily. Both are chaired by me and our members are deeply committed.

Our guiding principle is that while serving our customers, we would continue operating machines, shifts, plants only while we were able to reasonably protect our people. As such, the prudent course of action was to intensely prepare for a potential bad storm and implement our many actions, following the old adage that it is “better to be safe than sorry”. We’ve followed or exceeded CDC guidelines in developing new policies, procedures, and actions. This presentation shares with you some background and the many actions that we’ve put in place to protect our people which enables us to continue to serve you. We have been working intensely on an on-going basis to identify and implement what we can do to keep operating safely while making the quality products that you need. We’re a leader in mitigating COVID in the workplace. You can take comfort that our people are remaining safe as they make your products. We appreciate your business which is providing meaningful employment for our people. Best Regards, Tom Sellars Chairman & CEO
