Introduction
The following document discloses information about the microenterprise QUIMICA ORION clearly considering the English language to make people with command and understanding of that language have greater accessibility, considering information about the company as it can be reached to be a review of the microenterprise, organization chart with functions of each branch and general conclusions of the topic raised.
General objective
To implement the English language and in turn make known to the advised microenterprise Química Orión in a brief, effective and concise manner essential information and important aspects of it, making use of English in the document to likewise highlight characteristics of said microenterprise and how A greater execution of this language can be generated by wanting to publicize the different services and products offered by the microenterprise by wanting to generate an expansion in the current market, positioning ourselves not only nationally but also internationally.
Specific objectives
• To analyze basic and important information of the microenterprise considering its characteristics and likewise projecting it in the English language to facilitate accessibility to possible people with a command of that language
• To implement the English language in the microenterprise since this helps you to have greater growth and strength to obtain better opportunities in the future.
• To develop preliminary information on the microenterprise in order to process it in the English language, considering possible territorial expansion in favor of the microenterprise.

The microenterprise QUIMICA ORION (paints) identified with NIT. 65709381-2. Its main economic activity (CIIU code) is 4752 "Retail trade of hardware, paints and glass products in specialized establishments" It is located at Av. Ciudad de Cali No.41 A - 50 Sur, its number the contact number is 312 4035686 and 312 8049027. The social networks that are used in the microenterprise are: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. The slogan of the microenterprise is "¡Calidad que ni el tiempo detiene!", said microenterprise is mainly based on the manufacture, production and distribution of products such as lacquers, sealants, vinyl’s, enamels, etc. On the other hand, different types of services are offered to satisfy any type of need, such as waterproofing, application and maintenance of paints on floors, specifically in industrial areas, sports fields, hospital warehouses and classrooms.
The previous organizational chart was generated by taking the different jobs and the roles that are used internally in Quimica Orion using a hierarchical model for the order of this, the following positions were considered

Conclusions
• Apart from those previously exposed, we can conclude that each of the points raised are important for the growth of the microenterprise, to have a clear vision, organization and knowledge in it.
• Mainly, important aspects and characteristics of the microenterprise in the English language are analyzed in order to facilitate accessibility to people with a command of that language.
• With the previous document raised, it is possible to conclude the different essential aspects to have a basic knowledge of the Química Orion company, not only making it known in the country of origin but worldwide, using one of the universal languages such as English.
