Method of Sampling Sending of water samples 1. Take water samples as soon as the fish begin to act abnormally and before water change is done.

2. Get at least 100 ml of water sample and place in a sterile or boiled bottle container.

3. If there are multiple systems involved, samples from each system should be taken. For example, in cage culture, water samples should be taken inside the cage as well as outside the cage.

4. The sample should reach the laboratory within 2 hours of sampling.
