Seafc past presidents conf fees

SOUTHEASTERN ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEFS POLICY 2016 – 08/02 PAST PRESIDENTS CONFERENCE FEES PURPOSE: The Board of Directors of the SEAFC desire and encourage past Presidents of the Association to attend the annual SEAFC Leadership Conferences.

Therefore a policy has been developed to provide an incentive for their attendance by waiving the registration fee for the Conference.

POLICY: Past SEAFC Presidents and their spouses shall not be required to pay registration fees to attend the Annual Leadership Conferences. The Executive Director will send to each past SEAFC President an invitation to attend the conference and the installation dinner. They will be informed that the conference registration and dinner banquet fees will be complimentary for the Past president and his/her spouse. Hotel accommodations will not be complimentary.

The Past Presidents will be advised to complete a registration form, indicating on the form that they are a Past President. They will also be requested to indicate whether or not they will attend the Installation Dinner Banquet.

All Past Presidents in attendance shall be recognized during the Annual Business Meeting and during the Installation Dinner Banquet.
