Skills Support for Redundancy Sussex Downs College is pleased to be working in partnership with Chichester College to deliver an ESF funded Skills Support for Redundancy project. From May 2012 to July 2015 Sussex Downs College has funding for anyone aged 19 or over who is: Under consultation of redundancy Under notice of redundancy Directly affected by their company downsizing or closing Recently unemployed as a result of redundancy
The College can tailor support for individuals, which might include help in: Updating their CV Preparing for interviews Making online job applications Brushing up IT Skills Gaining new qualifications

Work Place Learning Sussex Downs College is pleased to be working in partnership with Chichester College and Central Sussex College in delivering an ESF funded Work Place Learning project. From May 2012 to July 2015 Sussex Downs College has funding available to cover the cost of accredited training for anyone in work aged 19 or over who want to: • Improve their chances of moving from temporary to permanent employment • Increase their potential for promotion • Progress to a higher level of learning or study
