2. Please check the boxes to indicate which course(s) you are registering.  Apostolic Leader: Man, Message & Method (September 3 – October 7, 2012) Pastor Willis. This course will prepare students to begin thinking like, and developing the calling and the work of an apostolic leader. The course will focus on the man, the message and the method of what it means to be an apostolic leader.  Hebrew Heroes and History Makers (October 8 – November 11, 2012) Dr. Mould. An historical narrative of the leaders in the Old Testament will be presented with an emphasis on their response to the political, social, and spiritual culture of their times.  Building Your Spirit Man (November 11 – December 16, 2012) Various faculty. This course is designed to enable students to strengthen and build their spirit man unto full stature in Christ. The course seeks to encompass both the understanding and the practical incarnation of spiritual truth that will bring a greater level of spiritual maturity and authority to the student’s life. Specifically, the course will cover: understanding the spirit, soul, and body; being led by the Holy Spirit; growing the spirit man; the formation of Christ in you; the proper positioning of the soul; the nature of spiritual authority; receiving, using, and loosing spiritual authority; and making room for your gift.  Apostolic Church as an Organism (January 2 – February 3, 2012) Pastor Willis. This course will primarily focus on the biblical pattern that must be followed in building apostolic churches that are relational and missional in nature. Key strategy concepts will be developed, such as vision development, the building of a sending team, and the development of a team-based eldership government.  The Grand Strategy of History (February 4 – March 10, 2012) Dr. Mould. Students will be introduced to a narrative approach to history that will develop the theme; The Grand Strategy of History. This theme will enable students to understand the political, economic, and intellectual power shifts in history that unfolded in the light of God’s sovereign purpose of liberty and freedom.  Media and Cultural Analysis (March 3 – April 14, 2012) Dr. Mould and guest lecturers. The course will enable student to analyze Western popular culture by studying various components including music, movies and reality TV, social media, and celebrity culture and seek to address the how these mediums

are affecting our identity, values and thought processes. The course seeks to enable the students to effectively engage the culture from ‘within’ without losing their distinct Christian identity and values.  Be Ye Missional For I Am Missional (April 15 – May 19, 2012) Various faculty. This course will focus on what it means to be a missional people who are “glocally” focused – who can simultaneously think and act locally and globally. The course will discover the biblical framework for missions, and how the church needs to pioneer projects with “glocally” minded people.  Prophetic Writing: Principles and Practicals (May 20 – June 23, 2012) Various faculty. This course will focus on training the student in the art of effective writing. Students will focus specifically on the ability to improve their skills through writing articles, essays, and historical narratives.

Program Details 

Each course is runs for 5 weeks and meets Tuesday evening 6:30-9:30pm (subject to individual changes).

Each course stands alone – there are no pre-requisite courses.

Students may take as many or as few courses as they wish. (Church planting students to be advised separately).

The cost of each course is $198, due on the first day of each course.
