Reservations
Reservations are always recommended to be sure you get the appointment time you would like. You can make a booking for the Valens Augusta Wellness services either via phone: (0)2 74 94 150 or via e-mail: wellness@terme-ptuj.si
Cancelation policy
If you want to cancel an appointment, please give us at least a 24-hour notice in order to avoid paying the full value of the service.
Recommendations
As to prepare yourself for a relaxing experience, it is recommended to come to the Valens Augusta Wellness 10 minutes before the beginning of the treatment. If you are late for your service, it will be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next appointment. Eating large meals or drinking alcoholic beverages is not recommended before the therapy. Please advise the therapist before start of the treatment if there are any unusual circumstances regarding your health he/she should be aware of. Guests with severer health conditions should discuss with their doctors before any treatment.
Opening hours
The opening hours of the Imperium of Well-being and Flavia Saunas and Thermal Baths are as follows: from 9 am to 11 pm; the Vespasian Swimming Pool Complex from 7 am to 11 pm.
Hotel guests
The thermal swimming pools are complimentary for Grand Hotel Primus guests.
