Cancellations Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please advise us at least 24 hours beforehand. Should you fail to cancel your booking, we will be obliged to charge you 50% of the price of the reserved service.
Recommendations We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the treatment to better prepare for the relaxing experience. Heavy meals and alcoholic beverages are strongly discouraged prior to the therapy. Please advise your therapist of any ailments you may have prior to the treatment.

Wh y ‘ L u i s a ’ ? Two thermal springs were discovered on the shore of Lake Bled in 1818. A hotel, a forerunner of today's Grand Hotel Toplice, was built on this spot, right by the lake, in 1850. The hotel was named Luisenbad in 1854, after Luisa, the wife of the owner.
Th e r m a l sw i m m i n g p o o l The water in the elegant thermal pool, which was built in 1925, is drawn from a hot spring (22° C) and has been ascribed healing properties for almost two centuries.
