You will have proven marketing tools and methods that We Buy Houses Guy has used in the past. STEP 3: We Meet with the client and introduce our services to them using a structured and proven method of helping them understand how we can help and what we do for them.

STEP 4: We then take the property to a database of buyers (we will show you how) and introduce the property to our buyers – buy using proven pricing and presentation models; we can attract and gain the interest of buyers quickly. STEP 5: We close on most properties within 2-4 weeks of having purchased the property allowing for a quick turnaround for both the buyer and the seller. BENEFITS TO YOU: 1. We Buy Houses Guy will provide franchisees with approximately one full week of initial training at the Franchisor's headquarters in Lubbock, TX beginning approximately two months before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Training instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training.

In addition, an experienced trainer from We Buy Houses Guy will provide on-site training for a period of three days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations. The onsite training will happen after the franchisee has opened their business and will primarily involve the franchisor coming to the territory to market and meet with initial potential clients for franchisee’s business.
