An exquisite balance of sweet and salty!

We bring you a trending new flavour in the Coriandolina range: Salted Caramel. This smooth, anhydrous coating with an appetizing crunch can be used to coat gelato bars, bites or cones made with semifreddo or gelato. To glaze your creations, simply melt the product at 30°-34°C to obtain the ideal consistency to coat your desserts.

Following the great success of our no added sugar range in 2023, we are introducing two new flavours: Mint Zero, with a beautiful intense green colour, and Watermelon Zero, with the characteristic bright red of this summer fruit. With these complete “no added sugar - contains natural sugars”, products sweetened with Stevia, it’s so easy to display these zero-version flavours.

A taste explosion!

With Co昀昀ee Cream you can o昀昀er your customers a truly Italian co昀昀ee, but in di昀昀erent fresh and delicious variations. This new ready-to-use UHT product is excellent for creating a co昀昀ee cream with a smooth and creamy consistency using only a granita machine or a soft ice cream dispenser. PreGel Pasticceria just got even better, with two new creams in the water-based Farcimax® range in Vanilla and Salted Caramel 昀氀avours. These ready-to-use creams are recommended for 昀椀lling di昀昀erent types of baked goods, including tarts, tartlets, mignon pastries and a host of breakfast goods (brioches, cannoncini, krapfen…). These products o昀昀er outstanding creaminess and have an easy-to-work consistency that makes them ideal for easy use with a piping bag. They also have a pleasant mouth-feel, are stable when cooked and remain in perfect condition even after freezing. Although they do not contain alcohol, they have a long shelf-life even in the 昀椀nished product, and will not dry it out.

A new recipe for this versatile cream

The all-new version of Covermax® Top Bitter from PreGel Pasticceria has an even more intense colour and 昀氀avour of dark chocolate. This anhydrous, ready-to-use cream can be used on its own as a cream 昀椀lling, or used to 昀氀avour crème patissière to create a chocolate cream that can be used to 昀椀ll croissants, cannoncini, cakes and many other items. Covermax® Top Bitter can also be used before baking providing the temperature does not exceed 180°C, and is perfect for glazing di昀昀erent types of cake, such as the classic Sacher Torte.
