The co-favorites are Orange Lutheran, the defending champion, and Ventura, the champion. Ventura’s senior forward rd Marki Meyer, who has type diabetes, t was MVP of the Channel League last season. Santa Barbara’s Dons are playing in the Gold Division with the top teams. The semifinals ( and :pm, Fri.) and championship game (:pm, Sat.) will be played at Santa Barbara High School.
