Rick Ladd and Jeff Gibson opened With Garden Flair (along with Jeff’s mom and sister) almost six years ago on the Miracle Mile to share their love for spending time in the backyard. In celebration of the art of the outdoor party, anything related to keeping a garden or entertaining al fresco is fair game at this specialty shop. “We aren’t landscapers, we don’t specialize in the actual layout of a backyard, but we will romance it up—add the outdoor furniture, bright cushions, and the funky accoutrements,” says Gibson. The gentlemen are dedicated to keeping their offerings new and fresh, as evidenced by unique, kitschy items that shoppers won’t find elsewhere: looks-likeceramic outdoor dinnerware, fun kitchen and garden books, garden statues, and artsy birdfeeders. Rick and Jeff are always looking for ways to thank their customers for being so wonderful, and we feel the same way about them. Rick & Jeff’s Picks The Naked Bee hand and body lotions. They have a great smell of orange blossoms, and we sell them at the store. Concerts in the Park at Victory Park, Stockton.
