A guide to the same is available as ‘Competency Framework’ and ‘Competency Grid’. The former will be made available to all the employees in the organization to enable them to understand the parameters against which their performance would be evaluated. Convergys India now launches a Six-point rating scale, which will be used to evaluate the performance of the employee on both competencies and task objectives accomplished. The use of the same will lead to a more scientific performance evaluation process, thus giving away with the use of ratings/scores in decimal points.
