Seating priority is based upon subscription and contribution history, with greater consideration given to contributions. For information, please call (415) 551-6320. New subscriptions, renewals with a requested seating change, early exchanges and add-on tickets are sold unseated.   If you have specific seating requests, including accessibility needs, please contact the Box Office.

SUGGESTIONS AND NOTES ABOUT YOUR ORDER •  Select a second choice for your seating section, in case your first choice is not available. •  Performances dropped or exchanged at the time of order will be permanently released from your series for this season; please provide alternate choices. Early exchanges are sold unseated and seats are not likely to be the same as the original subscription seats. •  Checks will be deposited immediately and credit cards will be charged for the full value of your first choice or the full value of your first payment if you have chosen a payment plan. This is not a guarantee of seating. If your final seat assignment is your alternate choice, we will automatically refund or charge the difference due, as appropriate. •  Please note that we will do our best to accommodate seating requests; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of seating in any section or price level. If we cannot seat you in any of your choices, we will contact you to discuss an alternate section, seat, package or a full refund.

Sennheiser amplification devices for hearing-impaired patrons are available at all performances. Headsets are available at the North Promenade coat check room. Live Titles, headsets that provide a spoken version of the projected supertitles, are now available at the North Lobby coat check at all performances. Design Your Own Series will be available May 2014. If you do not receive an acknowledgment of your order by email or mail within 14 days, please call us at (415) 864-3330 (Mon 10am–5pm, Tue–Sat 10am–6pm). Cast, programs, prices and schedules are subject to change. All orders are final. No refunds or returns. A $1 per ticket facility fee is included in Balcony Front, Rear and Side section prices; all other sections include a $2 per ticket facility fee. An $11 handing fee is charged per order.
