Spring Sampling The Hampstead Butcher and Providore is somewhat of a local treasure, offering everything from high quality meats and cheeses to fine wine, exceptional caviar and home-baked pies. The outlet also hosts tasting evenings several times a month, which have become a popular choice for birthday gatherings. Guests are given the opportunity to sample a varied menu of seasonal produce in an informal atmosphere and recent options have included dark chocolate brownies, scallops wrapped in bacon and delicious chutney. The company offers a variety of courses of different durations and skill sets and even has a designated programme for children. On Saturday 21 May, Stefano Borella will be hosting an intense, one day guide to creating a three-course Italian menu. This newly released image shows the luxurious decor of the destination restaurant which has been chosen to occupy a prestigious site at the newly-renovated St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing will take the helm as operator, with his acclaimed protégé Chantal Nicholson as general manager, promising diners an array of classic British fare in an intimate and beautiful setting.
