RANDOM DRAWINGS & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about the dates listed in the table above, Enza Essentials will enlist an independent judging agency and select the name of the potential winners (“Potential Winners”) of each Periodic Sweepstakes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, and s/he will be notified by email on or about the date listed in the table. Odds of winning a Periodic Sweepstakes depend on the total number of all eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes. 7. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: All potential winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and promotional release (collectively, “Affidavit”) within 7 days of receipt of such documents prior to being verified as a winner. Failure to do so will cause a forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. 8. GENERAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.
