Introducing Two Fold Two Fold commenced operations in the United Arab Emirates in 2003, and are continuing to expand their operation organically. We can cover all project MEP design, project management, execution and maintenance requirements. Two Fold has a blue chip client base that includes leading International and Local Development & Construction Companies, Contractors, Retailers, Service Providers, Consultants and Government Departments. Our pool of in-house resources include designers, draftsmen, project & construction managers, engineers and a workforce that incorporates numerous trades people. All bringing their unique set of skills to Two Fold. Planned Preventative Maintenance As a support to complement our MEP services, Two Fold established a dedicated department to undertake and execute planned preventative maintenance for our clients. We have a dedicated team of experts who manage our maintenance division and are able to provide cost effective planned preventative maintenance solutions.
Technical Services Two Fold have a team of experienced and qualified engineers who can provide specialist technical services including project management, design, engineering, procedure writing & implementation, programming, feasibility studies, thermal imaging & accoustic consultancy. We can also assist with local authority regulations, compliance, review and approvals. Operation & Maintenance manuals can be provided in paper or electronic format.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineers & Contractors The MEP arm of Two Fold is our core business. We are able to undertake complex MEP design and build projects at any level, be it a few thousand dirhams, up to major residential, commercial and industrial sector projects with budgets in the range of 50,000,000 AED. We are able to offer a full MEP design and build service for our clients using the most innovative and energy efficient products to provide state-of-the-art installations which save both time and cost throughout the construction phase and provide a cost effective and maintainable end product to our clients. Energy efficiency is a key consideration when we are designing MEP systems to ensure the end user benefits from maximum energy consumption savings. We are also able to work in the role of MEP subcontractor, liaising with design teams to offer supply, installation and commision solutions for projects where a client may have already engaged a separate design team and main contractor. We have been involved in some of the most prestigious projects for high profile clients in and around the UAE, and we are proud to be their preferred contractor, maintaining a long-lasting relationship of repeat business. Two Fold are able to provide assistance with feasibility studies and concept designs, to ensure that any constraints on the project can be met. Professional engineering support is maintained throughout the entire project delivery process and up to date project management systems are used to control every activity and milestone in the construction phase of the project. We incorporate strict controls of quality, time, cost and implement an integrated occupational health and safety program. Site supervision of each project is conducted by experienced and competent staff who ensure compliance with the construction standards and site-specific activities.
