Once upon a time ... ...there was a small village a few kilometers outside King Minos Palace in Eltinia, Crete In this small village lived an aged man. We used to call him “pappou”. He had an old stone house at the foot of the mountain with a view of his olive grove, his Kingdom as he called it. Our “pappou” (grandfather) transmitted us his passion and knowledge about the land. He showed us how to respect it and trained us to take care of it. Until today, our family respects the same values and traditions inherited from previous generations.
