One Life, One Year: Launch Yourself! Robinson’s One-Year MS in Real Estate is designed to receive students from diverse backgrounds and to set them on the pathway to a successful career in commercial real estate. The program is grounded by the business disciplines of finance, economics and management, and is ideal for working professionals and capable recent undergraduates who are interested in commercial real estate investment, asset management, lending/underwriting, consulting, and commercial real estate development. Jump-start your career in commercial real estate! Put yourself on a trajectory to succeed with the skills necessary to make key real estate decisions. The program is taught by the faculty of the college’s Department of Real Estate – ranked top ten in the nation by U.S. News & World Report (2013). Beyond the classroom, students gain from the mentoring and expertise of the program’s advisory board – a core group of senior real estate executives who are committed to developing the next generation of leaders.

One-Year Master of Science in Real Estate Commercial Real Estate Specialization Structure The eleven-month, three-semester program is presented in an employer- and familyfriendly schedule. Class size is limited and students proceed as a cohort.

Curriculum In-depth commercial real estate knowledge in development, finance, investment and management covered in one-year from GSU’s globally-recognized Real Estate Department. Students benefit from extensive contact with leading real estate executives, guest speaker series and professional and social gatherings.

Schedule & Location The One-Year MS in Real Estate program is taught at GSU’s Buckhead Center – right in the heart of one of the most influential office, retail and residential submarkets of Atlanta (one of the largest real estate markets in the nation). Classes meet every Monday and Wednesday evening from 5:30 – 9:45 p.m, during Fall, Spring and Summer semester.

Candidate Profile Candidates must hold a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Business experience is preferred, but is not required.

Admissions Process Applicants to Robinson’s One-Year Master of Science in Real Estate program must submit the online application, $50 application fee, resume, essays, one letter of recommendation, transcripts for all post-secondary education and GMAT/GRE scores.

Fees, Tuition & Services Tuition is $37,500* and covers class materials, iPad, textbooks, parking, meals/snacks and professional development services offered by Robinson’s Career Management Center. A non-refundable orientation and program fee of $250 is due upon enrollment.
