What was the interview process like? The assessment day consisted of a panel interview, presentation and group activity, followed by a short test. The process allowed me to learn more about the company and gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my key strengths, making it both a challenging and insightful experience.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating when I initially started my placement, the atmosphere in my department was great. Where has your experience exceeded your expectations? As part of a global company, initially I did not expect to have much involvement with different areas of the business. However, I was flexible to work on projects that I had an interest in which gave me a great sense of ownership.
