This is the first offering of exciting new genetics dominating the breed that you can’t miss out on! Clover was named the Champion PB Simmental in both the Open and Junior Shows at the 2014 World Beef Expo along with recently receiving the honors of the 2015 Champion PB Cow/Calf Pair at the AJSA North Central Regional Classic. Clover is a full sibling to Guts and Glory, the 2014 World Beef Expo PB Simmental Bull who also earned the National Champion Bull designations in Denver. Clover is a free moving powerhouse with excellent structure. Pair this with her solid numbers to see she is obviously the complete package of EPDs and power.

Burns Forever Lady 4379 AAA 17801066 AI’d 3/26/15 to Prophet Selling choice of 13 bred Angus heifers. Half down on sale day, half due at selection. Choice must be selected by December 1, 2015, transport fees are at buyers expense. We always tried to breed above average size. 1600 lb cows in the herd are not unusual. Breeding AI gives anyone a great selection of bulls to pick from. We pay attention first to weaning weight, yearling weight, ribeye and intermuscular fat. Then for secondary levels, importance on calving ease/birth weight, dollar beef and dollar grid. Lastly note is taken of scrotal, docility and milk EPDs. If a bull shows well to the above, then we usually check everywhere, we ask to see if he is accepted by other prominant breeders. We really don’t like to use new or unknown bulls (those without enough progeny). Our experience is that over-promotion of bulls has occurred. We have never before offered a package like this. Don’t let the fact that we only have 4 heifers pictured fool you, they are all of the same quality! These bred heifers were put on pasture 5-10-15 and have not received any grain.

Straight from the heart of our program, this heifer was Larry Martin’s choice out of our replacement pen.Petunia is a full sister to Patience, who was the best show heifer we have ever raised. Patience was named division champion at Junior National, the American Royal and was Supreme Champion Female over all breeds at the Wisconsin State Fair. Petunia is so well built from the ground up. She has a moderate frame coupled with a box car hip. Her sire, Kahuna, was a national champion and the sire of many winners. Her dam Millie was reserve calf champion at Denver and is now a donor for us, DelHawk and Behrends. Petunia would work great making show steers or awesome show heifers. Petunia is bred for spring calving, due 2/1/16 to MSU TCF Revolution. Revolution is one of the most popular sires in the breed for calving ease, growth and maternal ability. This steer is solid! Big boned, jet fronted, heavy muscled, sound and good haired are all terms that describe this calf. Combine that with his gentle disposition and he is a calf that you can have a lot of fun with. His pedigree is packed with cattle that have won at the National level. The Hereford Junior Nationals is in Madison, WI in 2016, we feel that this steer can go and compete at a high level.

The past few WBE Sales, we’ve consigned genetic lots from this same mating, Wildflower x One Eyed Jack. This year we brought the real thing. Forget Me Not is an awesome youngster that has already proven herself a winner by winning a very tough January heifer class at IL State Fair. This attractive black baldy has tremendous eye appeal and style. She is extended in her front and clean and trim in her lines. While being long sided and square hipped, she also possesses a tremendous set of genetic values. Her best attribute may be her structural correctness. The Wildflower cow has out produced herself every year, she just simply gets it done. One Eyed Jack has been proving his place in the history books of the Simmental breed. Stand back and watch or better yet, step up and buy one to put yourself in the drivers seat. Hang on tight because this little gal will show big time and then go on to make you a front pasture donor!

Empriss started this career as Champion Simmental at the 2012 Badger Kickoff Classic and then finished off by being named Reserve Cow Calf pair at the 2014 Simmental Breeders Sweepstakes. Her natural calf, MJF Elsa, went on to be named Reserve Champion Bred & Owned Simmental at the 2015 North Central Simmental Regional for Madyson. We are now equally excited about her future as a donor. She produced very well in her first two flushes so we decided to let someone share in her future genetics with us.

Half down on sale day, half due at delivery to your farm. Buyer is responsible for trucking expense or you can pick up in Livingston, WI. Recip is black 6 year old commercial cow. Due May 5, 2016. One Glance is a sister to some of the best proven percentage cattle in our breed. We purchased this maternal great out of the Triple C Empress N3063L owned by Dodge Stock Farm and Jansen Farms in Iowa. They’ve produced such greats like JF Foundation and numerous others. Triple C Empress L019F, a maternal sister owned by Sanders Ranch, has been their most profitable Angus cow making half bloods. The most prolific Angus family at Oklahoma State University is the Emerald line. Need we say more about this great cow family? One Glance’s sire is none other than the immortal HC Power Drive. No bull in the Simmental breed has ever had such a positive impact on our breed as Power Drive has. More grandsons and granddaughters are topping sales and winning shows than ever before. With the genetics and the predictability bred into Triple C One Glance, this genetic giant is destined to make her mark in the Simmental breed for years to come. Mack made his debut in Denver in 2012 where we found out ohe was definitely named appropriately. Mack was simply named after a truck, his semen was limited and now the time has come again to offer his genetics to the public. With the impressive offspring that were in Denver this year, the future of this proven sire is tremendous. From the black baldies, to the solid black and reds, they are simply amazing in their structural design and overall body dimension while still retaining the killer profile that everyone strives for. Be sure to check out his killer video at Mack W273 on You Tube. This mating is absolutely breathtaking. The power and style of One Glance combined with the amazing structure and overall mass of the outcross bull Mack, we feel that the resulting offspring will be nothing short of incredible.

Here we have a great February born female that offers a ton of potential. Rosa is out of an outstanding, multi-national winning Max Rosa cow family with exceptional genetics going back to CF Trump and Ace of Diamonds. This heifer here is excellent proof that wining show heifers can go out to pasture and make tremendous cows. Being dual registered as a percentage Lowline and a Shorthorn Plus heifer, you get the Lowline frame size, muscle and eye appeal as well as the mothering ability and hair from the Shorthorn dam. From both of her parents, you get top notch genetics in this heifer calf. She was born extremely sound with a near perfect structure in addtion to a beautiful front end complimented by a gorgeous middle and muscle defined hind end. All of this with her flawless angles, she would be an incredible female to add to or build your herd around.
