Lethe Shunjie Bi & Yuuki Yang

Shunjie Bi Yuuki Yang This project attempts to understand the loss of the U-House and process of forgetting by those who once occupied it.

The cabinet entombs the remaining wall of the U-house in the scaffolding of the studio Antoun. The wall symbolizes sorrow and solitude and that “you mustn’t forget”

But the tomb is a reminder that “you cannot remember without have been forgotten before”

This tomb grants us the permission to forget, and to share that emptiness.
