On December 31st,
our daughter Gracie was transferred to the NICU at Mercy Springfield from Branson. At this point, we had a lot of unanswered questions and we knew it was going to be a hard journey. We were trying to figure out how we would commute twice a day, every day, and pay for food when we learned about the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House was a dream come true. It provided a place for my husband and I to relax and sleep while only being one floor away from Gracie. They provided dinner, a full kitchen, food, and anything else we could have needed. The Ronald McDonald House was such a blessing, and the kindness they showed us was amazing. We couldn’t be more thankful.
