OPENING OF THE LIBRARY On 7th February 2013, Al Zeina Community Management team invited all the residents to attend the Meet & Greet event at the newly opened Community Library located on the 2nd floor in Precinct “C”. It was another opportunity for the residents to get to know each other and meet the community management team in a more relaxed atmosphere in order to express their opinion and bring forward some of their concerns and questions regarding the community. Along with some of the Aldar employees, residents contributed by donating books, magazines and DVDs. However, some of the shelves are still to be filled. Our aim is to continue to ensure all residents feel at home and are involved in the community. Your contributions are highly appreciated and we look forward to more donations and ideas on how to improve.
GYM OPERATIONAL HOURS We are pleased to communicate that in order to accommodate the requests of many of the Al Zeina Residents, effective 27th January 2013, the gym in Precinct C will be operating 24/7. Residents are requested to use their access cards when entering the facility and to comply with the rules and regulations put up in every gym. Furthermore, Al Zeina Community management supports all users of the communal facility. Due to demand for exclusive gym timings for ladies, effective 3rd March 2013, the timings specified below will be for Women Only: Precinct A – from 10:00am to 12:00nn Precinct B – from 7:00pm to 10:00pm Precinct C – from 10:00am to 12:00nn We encourage all residents to keep in mind that the best way to live together peacefully in our multi-ethnic community is to be understanding and respect for our varied cultures and beliefs.
