Holy halibut! At $29, Rhythm & Wine’s eye-popping Hawaiian Halibut is new to the menu, but it’s already a crowd favorite. Sourced from the Pacific Ocean and never frozen, the flaky halibut is quick-seared, bringing out its meaty flavor and natural juices. It is then layered with a chili-butter sauce that packs a major flavor punch thanks to a hint of Chef Terry Craig’s secret ingredient (Sriracha) and served on a bed of slightly sweet forbidden rice. 7605 E.
