All of the homes in Wentworth will be custom built spec homes, featuring a range of inviting amenities, such as hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, granite countertops and tile backsplashes. “There is a beautiful custom home built by Isenhour Homes available for viewing now,” he said. The home is 3,100 square feet and sits on a halfacre lot. It is available for $359,900. According to Millsaps, the neighborhood has received a great deal of activity and attention due to the attractiveness of the home sites
in Wentworth. “There’s been a lot of interest in the community because of the beautiful lots with beautiful views,” he said. Meadowlands offers many home choices, which means it appeals to a variety of buyers at all different stages in their life. Millsaps said that the new Highlands Golf Villas in Meadowlands have been popular as well, due to people who are interested in downsizing their homes. “They are wanting those because they are maintenance free,” he said.
