Indústria e comércio fortes Santa Catarina possui um importante parque industrial, ocupando posição de destaque no Brasil. A indústria de transformação catarinense é a quarta do país em quantidade de empresas e a quinta em número de trabalhadores. Os segmentos de artigos do vestuário e alimentar são os que mais empregam, seguindo-se o de artigos têxteis. Segundo dados da Federação das Indústrias de Santa Catarina (Fiesc), a indústria catarinense fechou 2014 com liderança nacional na geração de novos empregos, somando 26.791 vagas, o que representa mais da metade dos 46.981 postos de trabalho criados em todo o país. A economia industrial de Santa Catarina é caracterizada pela concentração em diversos polos, o que confere ao estado padrões de desenvolvimento equilibrado entre suas regiões. O comércio é igualmente forte e conta com mais de cem mil estabelecimentos das mais diversas naturezas e emprega aproximadamente 300 mil pessoas. Santa Catarina possui uma sólida estrutura portuária, por onde escoa grande parte da produção: portos de Itajaí, São Francisco do Sul, Imbituba, Navegantes e Itapoá.
STRONG INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE Santa Catarina is home to one of Brazil’s most important industrial parks. The processing industry of the state is the fourth largest in the country in terms of the number of companies, and fifth in terms of the number of workers. Clothing and food are the sectors that employ most workers, followed by the textile industry. According to data from the Federation of Industries of Santa Catarina (Fiesc), at the end of 2014, industry in the state was the national leader in terms of new jobs, generating a total of 26.791 jobs, which is more than half of the 46,981 jobs created throughout the country, The industrial economy of Santa Catarina is characterized by a concentration distributed across various centers, which ensures comparable standards of development between the regions of the state. Dudalina investe em projeto de incentivo à geração de renda FOTOS: DIVULGAÇÃO/DUDALINA
Ao completar 58 anos de história em 2015, a Dudalina, maior camisaria do país, desenvolve desde 2008 o Projeto Geração de Renda, em parceria com o Instituto Socioambiental Adelina Clara Hess de Souza. A inspiração veio da fundadora da empresa, Dona Adelina, que utilizava sobras de tecidos provenientes da produção de camisas na confecção de artigos de patchwork. O objetivo é incentivar a formação de grupos de geração de renda, por meio da doação de matéria-prima, máquinas e capacitação, contribuindo assim com a inclusão social de comunidades carentes brasileiras. Com foco no desenvolvimento comunitário e na redução do impacto ambiental do processo industrial, o projeto, coordenado pelo Instituto Adelina Hess, capacita mulheres de grupos de geração de renda, em todo o Brasil, para a produção de sacolas sociais (ecobags), confeccionadas com material totalmente reaproveitado: sobras de embalagens e de tecidos da própria produção de camisas. A proposta da Dudalina é substituir as sacolas plásticas, reduzindo assim o lixo produzido nas cidades e contribuindo com a preservação ambiental. Esse ciclo sustentável se completa com a compra, pela Dudalina, de todas as sacolas produzidas, que são distribuídas em eventos e na rede de varejo da empresa. As sacolas auxiliam na disseminação da cultura de sustentabilidade entre os colaboradores e principalmente para os clientes, além de terem grande apelo comercial.
O projeto já beneficiou grupos de diversas cidades localizadas nos estados de Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Paraíba e Ceará. Atualmente, 597 entidades assistenciais brasileiras recebem os kits da Dudalina para produção de sacolas em patchwork. Além de fornecer os materiais, a empresa doa máquinas de costura e oferece capacitação para as costureiras. Duas instrutoras dessa técnica ministram cursos gratuitos na sede do Instituto Adelina Hess, em Blumenau, e em outras cidades. As entidades também podem, conforme a sua necessidade, produzir sacolas para outras empresas e também outros produtos de patchwork, de forma a gerar renda para a instituição.

DUDALINA INVESTS IN PROJECT TO STIMULATE INCOME GENERATION
Marking 58 years of history in 2015, Dudalina, the biggest shirt manufacturer in the country has, since 2008, been developing the Income Generation Project, in partnership with the Instituto Socioambiental Adelina Clara Hess de Souza (Socioambiental Adelina Clara Hess de Souza Institute). The inspiration came from the company’s founder, Adelina, who used fabric scraps from shirt production to make patchwork items. The goal is to encourage the formation of income generation groups, through donations of raw material, equipment and training, thereby contributing to the social integration of Brazilian poor communities. Focusing on community development and reducing the environmental impacts of the manufacturing process, the project, coordinated by the Instituo Adelina (Adelina Hess Institute), enables women who participate in income generation groups throughout Brazil to produce ecobags made entirely from recycled material: fabric and packaging scraps. Dudalina’a proposal is to replace plastic bags, reducing waste produced in cities, and contributing to environmental preservation. This sustainable cycle is completed with the purchase of all the bags produced by Dudalina. The bags are then distributed at events and used in the company’s retail chain. These bags help spread a culture of sustainability among employees and customers, besides having great commercial appeal.
The project has already benefited groups in various cities in the Brazilian states of Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Paraiba and Ceará. Currently, 597 Brazilian charity organizations receive the kits from Dudalina to produce patchwork bags. Besides providing the raw material, the company also donates sewing machines and offers training for seamstresses. Two instructors offer free sewing courses at the Adelina Hess Institute headquarters in Blumenau, and in other cities. Charity organizations may also produce bags and other patchwork items for other companies, depending on the needs, in order to generate income for the institution. Results of the Project - Creation of a new source of income for charity organizations; - 17,719 kits of fabric scraps donated to organizations throughout Brazil, representing more than 37,000 kg of waste not going to landfill; - 919 people trained; - Kits given to 597 institutions in the whole country; - 59 sewing machines donated; - 53,574 bags purchased from income generating groups; - Direct positive impact on the company’s image; - Winning the Empresa Cidadã ADVB 2011 Award.

Tedesco Marina se consolida como referência náutica no Brasil Com oito mil quilômetros de costa, o Brasil é o maior país em extensão litorânea na América do Sul. Múltiplos espaços banhados pelo Oceano Atlântico estimulam a náutica de lazer, que representa uma expressiva fração da gigantesca indústria do entretenimento e do turismo. Nesse contexto e em processo de inovação constante, as marinas se consolidam como segmento importante da cadeia produtiva da indústria náutica. Inserida nesse dinâmico mercado e mantendo padrões internacionais em seus serviços, a Tedesco Marina Garden Plaza tem se destacado no litoral catarinense como estrutura que atende à crescente procura por instalações adequadas para abrigar desde pequenos barcos até iates de luxo. Atuando no fascinante cenário de Balneário Camboriú, num ponto estratégico para o turismo, ela integra a seleta lista de referências náuticas no país. Desde 2006, quando foi inaugurada, a Tedesco Marina vem contribuindo para revitalizar a área urbana de seu entorno e criar condições para investimentos em outros empreendimentos como hotéis, restaurantes e edifícios de alto padrão. Isso resulta em benefícios sociais e econômicos para a região litorânea, pois mobiliza uma série de serviços que se voltam não apenas para os donos dos barcos, mas também para os visitantes e moradores da área de influência. Esse tipo de atividade ultrapassa o turismo náutico, pois fortalece setores como a gastronomia, a hotelaria, o comércio e a produção de barcos de lazer. Sobre o atual
panorama do setor náutico, Juliana Tedesco dos Santos, diretora executiva da Tedesco Marina, fala de perspectiva de crescimento para este ano, considerando que “as vendas de grandes embarcações continuam aquecidas e com formas de negociação mais flexíveis”. A avaliação de Juliana é confirmada por dados da Associação Brasileira de Construtores de Barcos e seus Implementos (Acobar) que mostram que o mercado náutico brasileiro cresce a um ritmo de 10% ao ano. São cerca de 150 estaleiros em atividade com uma produção anual de aproximadamente 5 mil barcos. O avanço nos negócios envolvendo o setor náutico reflete diretamente no segmento de marinas, cada vez mais atento a potenciais novos clientes. “O momento econômico do país é de cautela, porém, no nosso negócio de marina não sentimos os efeitos da crise. O mercado continua com significativa procura por vagas e serviços”, enfatiza a diretora da Tedesco Marina. Juliana revela que ter boa localização e equipamentos de ponta para içamento das embarcações, hangares para embarcações de menor porte e vagas molhadas para as de grande porte, além de oferecer serviços de padrão internacional, é a fórmula do sucesso da Tedesco Marina. Ter à disposição uma estrutura como essa, segundo ela, é um fator muitas vezes decisivo para a aquisição de lanchas e iates.

TEDESCO MARINA BECOMES A NAUTICAL REFERENCE IN BRAZIL With 8,000 kilometers of coastline, Brazil has the most extensive coastline of any South American country. Its multiple locations bathed by the Atlantic Ocean are an invitation to nautical leisure pursuits, which represent a significant portion of the huge entertainment and tourism industry. In this context, and as part of a process of constant innovation, the marinas have become an important segment in the nautical industry production chain. Within this dynamic market, and maintaining services of international standard, the Tedesco Marina Garden Plaza has excelled on the Santa Catarina coast as a structure that is meeting the growing demand for adequate facilities for sailing craft, from small launches to luxury yachts. Set in the fascinating scenery of Balneário Camboriú, in a strategic tourism region, it forms part of a list of nautical references in the country. Since it was inaugurated in 2006, the Tedesco Marina has been contributing to revitalizing the urban area around it, and creating conditions for investments in other businesses, such as hotels, restaurants and buildings, built to a high standard. This results in social and economic benefits for the coastal region, prompting a series of services geared not only towards boat owners, but also visitors and residents in the surrounding area. This type of activity goes beyond nautical tourism, strengthening the restaurant, hotel and commercial sectors, as well as the construction of leisure craft. In relation to the current landscape of the nautical industry, Juliana Tedesco dos Santos, executive
director of the Tedesco Marina, speaks of the prospects for growth for this year, considering that “sales of large craft remain high and with more flexible ways of doing business”. Juliana’s opinion is confirmed by data from Acobar - the Brazilian Association of Boat Builders and their Implements, which show that the Brazilian nautical market is growing at a rate of 10% per year. There are approximately 150 shipyards in operation, with an annual production of around five thousand boats. This growth is related to the emergence of a class of new millionaires who see a luxury boat as a status symbol, and as an object that represents satisfaction and happiness. The advances of business involving the nautical sector directly affects the marine segment, which is increasingly seeking to win potential new customers. “The economic climate of the country is one of caution; however, in the marine business, we aren’t feeling the effects of the crisis. The market continues to see a significant demand for berthing places and services”, emphasizes the director of Tedesco Marina. Juliana reveals that having a good location and state-of-the-art equipment for lifting boats, hangars for smaller craft, and wet berths for larger ones, as well as offering services of international standard, is a formula for success of Tedesco Marina. Having a structure like that available is, according to Juliana, a factor that is often decisive for the purchase of launches and yachts.

A MARINA A Tedesco Marina tem capacidade para 500 embarcações. Possui hangares com capacidade para 430 embarcações, mais 70 vagas molhadas para barcos de até 100 pés. Os equipamentos para içamento são três forklifts para embarcações de até 12 toneladas e travel lift para até 50 toneladas. “Todos foram adquiridos em empresas norte-americanas com mais de 60 anos de experiência”, acentua Juliana. A Tedesco Marina oferece serviços de pump out e barco de resgate. “Somos a única marina no Brasil a possuir o pump out, sistema de coleta das águas negras das embarcações que não possuem biodegradador”, destaca Juliana. Ela explica que, quando as embarcações ancoram no cais, uma mangueira é conectada no barco, fazendo a sucção dessa água que é dispensada na rede coletora. Nas vagas molhadas, o cliente dispõe de serviço de água, luz, TV a cabo, internet wireless e carrinho elétrico para transporte dos clientes até os barcos. A estrutura inclui posto de combustível e loja de conveniência com produtos diversificados, proporcionando conforto e comodidade.

THE MARINA The Tedesco Marina has capacity for 500 boats. It has hangars with capacity for 430 boats, plus 70 wet berths for boats up to 100 feet. The hoisting equipment consists of three forklifts for craft weighing up to 12 tonnes, and a travel lift for up to 50 tonnes. “All were purchased from north American companies with more than sixty years of experience”, said Juliana. The Tedesco Marina offers boat cleaning, pump out and rescue services. “We are the only marina in Brazil to have pump out system for collecting black water from vessels that do not have a biodegrador,” says Juliana. She explains that when the boats anchor in the harbor, a hose is connected to the boat to suction the water, which is then disposed of into the collection network. In the wet berths, customers are provided with water, light, cable TV, and wireless Internet services, and there is an electric buggy to transport customers to their boats. The structure includes a fuel filling station and convenience store with a range of products, providing comfort and convenience.

FESTIVAL NÁUTICO Com o interesse de reunir representantes de grandes estaleiros nacionais e internacionais e movimentar o segmento náutico, a empresa promove há oito anos o Festival Náutico Tedesco Marina. Apontado como o principal evento do setor no Sul do país, ele catalisa milhões de reais em negócios e recebe milhares de visitantes do Brasil e do exterior. Em todas as edições do Festival, as grandes estrelas são os expositores de iates, lanchas, além de outros produtos e serviços do mercado de luxo, como carros, motos, empreendimentos imobiliários de alto padrão e mais. “Os resultados são sempre muito positivos e a cada edição o evento se consolida ainda mais como uma marca forte para o setor náutico, que envolve todo um mercado de luxo”, afirma Juliana. Além de ser uma importante feira de negócios, o Festival Náutico Tedesco Marina é um espaço de relacionamento entre os expositores e seus clientes
NAUTICAL FESTIVAL With the aim of bringing together representatives of major national and international shipyards and promoting the marine segment, the company has run the Tedesco Marina Nautical Festival for the past eight years. Viewed as the main event of the sector in the South of the country, it catalyzes millions of dollars in business and receives thousands of visitors from Brazil and abroad. In all editions of the Festival, the main stars are the exhibitors of yachts and launches and products for the luxury market, such as cars, motorcycles, high quality real estate, and more. “The results are always very positive, and with each edition the event becomes further consolidated as a strong brand for the marine sector, which involves a whole luxury market,” says Juliana. NATURE, SUN, AND SEA Os atrativos naturais, notadamente as praias, foram os mais procurados pelos turistas que visita, Santa Catarina. É o que revela pesquisa divulgada pela Santa Catarina Turismo S/A (Santur) — órgão responsável pela promoção e divulgação dos produtos turísticos catarinenses — sobre a demanda turística registrada no estado.
The natural attractions, especially the beaches, were the most sought after attractions by tourists who visited Santa Catarina, as revealed by a survey of tourism demand registered in the state, published by Santa Catarina Turismo S/A (Santur), the body responsible for promoting and publicizing tourism products in the state.
O estudo aponta que os principais países emissores de turistas são Argentina, Paraguai, Chile, Uruguai e Suíça. Entre os estados brasileiros, os que mais emitem turistas para Santa Catarina são Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro.
The study indicates that the majority of tourists come from Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, and Switzerland. And the Brazilian states that send most tourists to Santa Catarina are Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.
Na alta temporada de verão, durante os meses de janeiro, fevereiro e março, passaram pelo estado mais de seis milhões de turistas, gerando uma receita estimada em R$ 4 bilhões. Com toda essa movimentação, o turismo responde por quase 13% do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) catarinense.

As praias mais badaladas Em seus mais de 500 quilômetros de orla marítima, Santa Catarina apresenta centenas de praias distribuídas em várias cidades. Todas têm encantos particulares, mas algumas viraram points da moda entre moradores nativos e turistas. THE MOST LIVELY BEACHES In its more than 500 kilometers of shoreline, Santa Catarina has dozens of beaches, distributed in various towns and cities. All have their own special charms, but some have become fashionable haunts among local inhabitants and tourists. Cercada por morros verdes, sem construções à vista, o local é frequentado por jovens de corpos sarados. PRAIA MOLE Considered one of the prettiest beaches in Florianópolis, it has soft, white sand where paragliders touch down. In addition to the strong waves that attract surfers, the beaches has a steep shelf (the depth increases abruptly). Surrounded by green hills, without any buildings in sight, the place is frequented by young people with lean, fit bodies. Walking from the South to the North of the beach, there is a trail leading to Galhetas, a nudist beach.

GUARDA DO EMBAÚ (PALHOÇA) Pequena vila de pescadores localizada no município de Palhoça, região da Grande Florianópolis, a Guarda do Embaú é um recanto natural preservado por nativos e visitantes. O mar grosso atrai surfistas de várias partes do mundo. Numa faixa de terra entre o rio e o mar, com dunas de areias brancas, a praia é considerada uma das melhores no Brasil para a prática do surfe. As águas calmas do Rio da Madre propiciam passeios de barco e caiaque. A localidade faz parte do Parque Estadual da Serra do Tabuleiro, área ambiental protegida.
GUARDA DO EMBAÚ (PALHOÇA) A small fishing village located in the municipality of Palhoça, in Greater Florianópolis, Guarda do Embaú is a natural beauty spot that has been preserved by locals and visitors. The rough sea attracts surfers from various parts of the world. On a strip of land between the river and the sea, with white Sandy dunes, the beach is considered one of the most picturesque in Brazil for surfing. The calm waters of the Madre River enable boat trips and kayaking. The location is part of the State Park of Serra do Tabuleiro, and environmental protection area.
PRAIA DO ROSA (IMBITUBA) Com dois quilômetros de areias claras entre o mar e dois morros, a Praia do Rosa é uma antiga vila de pescadores que se transformou em paraíso dos surfistas e santuário de baleias-franca. As ondas são constantes e variam de meio metro a três metros. Apontada como uma das baías mais bonitas do mundo, a localidade associa beleza preservada com desenvolvimento do ecoturismo. Um dos atrativos é a Lagoa do Meio, de água salgada à beira mar, onde se pode nadar, mergulhar e brincar sem ondas e correnteza. PRAIA DO ROSA (IMBITUBA) With two kilometers of light sand set between the sea and two hills, Rosa Beach is an old fishing village that has become transformed into a surfers’ Paradise and a sanctuary for the Southern Right whale. The waves are constant and vary between one and three meters in height. Considered one of the prettiest bays in the world, the locality combines natural beauty with the development of ecotourism. One of the attractions is Lagoa do Meio, a saltwater lake beside the sea, where visitors can swim, dive, and play without fear of waves or current. Surrounded by hillsides and rocky slopes, the beauty of the place is stunning.

PRAIA BRAVA (ITAJAÍ) Reduto do público jovem que chega em busca de agito e diversão, mesmo depois que a noite cai, a Praia Brava reúne águas límpidas, natureza exuberante no entorno, bares e baladas frequentadas por muita gente bonita de todos os cantos do Brasil. No canto sul o mar é menos agitado. É nele que os pilotos de voo livre fazem seus pousos após a decolagem do Morro do Careca. Na área central as águas são bravias, com ondas regulares e perfeitas para a prática do surfe. Aqui há grande concentração de bares, restaurantes e quiosques. O canto norte é o centro da música eletrônica com os seus beach clubs conhecidos internacionalmente. Bem ao lado fica a Praia do Morcego, com acesso por dentro da água ou pelo rochedo. O local é cercado de Mata Atlântica e natureza preservada.
PRAIA BRAVA (ITAJAÍ) A favorite destination of young people who come in search of the fun, lively atmosphere, even after nightfall, Praia Brava combines crystal clear waters and exuberant nature all around it, with bars and clubs frequented by lots of lovely people from all corners of Brazil. In the Southern corner, the sea is less choppy. This is where paragliders touch down, after taking off from the Morro do Careca hill. In the central area, the sea is rougher, with regular waves, perfect for surfing. There is a high concentration of bars, restaurants and kiosks in this part of the beach. The north corner is a center for electronic music, with its beach clubs of international renown. Right beside it is Morcego beach, with access via the sea or over the rocks. The beach is surrounded by Mata Atlântica (native forest) and preserved nature.
QUATRO ILHAS (BOMBINHAS) Uma das praias preferidas dos surfistas e dos jovens que frequentam o litoral norte, tem boas ondas no seu canto direito, onde existe até uma escolinha de surfe para iniciantes. Do lado esquerdo, o mar é mais tranquilo, bom para quem quer se banhar nas águas cristalinas. A vista do local também desperta a atenção. One of the favorite beaches of surfers and young people who visit the north coast, it has good waves in the South end, where there is even a surf school for beginners. On the North side, the sea is calmer, ideal for those who want to bathe in the crystal clear waters. The stunning views are what most attract attention. Its name is due to the four islands that can be seen from the beach: Ilha do Macuco, Ilha das Galés, Deserta and Arvoredo.

MARISCAL (BOMBINHAS) Praia extensa, ótima para fazer caminhadas, tem areia branca e água limpa. É ideal para famílias aproveitarem do meio da praia até o canto direito, onde há bares e restaurantes. Para os surfistas, o melhor fica no canto esquerdo, chamado de Atalaia, onde quebram altas ondas.

ESTALEIRINHO (BALNEÁRIO CAMBORIÚ) A small, calm beach approximately one kilometer in length, with clear waters and coarse-grained, golden sands, Estaleirinho is increasingly becoming a destination for luxury and partying, with its guesthouses and chic hotel, and day-clubs with lots of noise and liveliness, to ensure that nobody gets bored. In the summer season, from December to February, the beach is always full, particularly at the end of the afternoon. During other seasons, the beach is emptier, ideal for those looking for some peace and quiet.

FERRUGEM (GAROPABA) Considerada um dos melhores points de surfe do Brasil, Ferrugem atrai um público bonito em busca de agito. Para verem e serem vistos, muitos jovens costumam ir ao canto esquerdo da praia, onde a paquera rola solta, especialmente na alta temporada. À noite, bares e casas noturnas garantem animação até o amanhecer. No canto direito da praia, depois dos costões de pedras, há calmas piscinas naturais. Da praia da Ferrugem saem trilhas para quem quer explorar outras enseadas.
FERRUGEM (GAROPABA) Considered one of the best places in Brazil for surfing, Ferrugem attracts a good-looking public in search of fun. To see and be seen, lots of young people go to the North end of the beach, where flirting is commonplace, especially in the summer months. At night, bars and nightclubs guarantee a lively atmosphere until dawn. In the South end of the beach, after the rocky slopes, there are calm, natural pools. Trails lead off from Ferrugem beach, for those who want to explore other bays.
CAIXA D’AÇO (PORTO BELO) A Enseada do Caixa D’Aço é um dos espaços mais disputados do litoral catarinense, ponto de encontro de lanchas e iates. Três bares flutuantes oferecem refeições, petiscos e bebidas, seja em seus próprios decks ou com serviços de entrega nas embarcações. Está localizada bem próxima à região central de Porto Belo, junto à Praia do Caixa D’Aço, uma pequena faixa de areia preservada com acesso por meio de uma trilha. Conta com uma boa faixa de areia dourada, é uma praia de mar calmo, de cor verde azulado, que mais parece uma piscina natural. O belo visual e o clima aconchegante costumam atrair diversos turistas durante a alta temporada, que chegam até o local e se encantam com a paisagem. É muito propício para o banho e prática de esportes náuticos como jet-ski, caiaque e mergulho.

The Bay of Caixa D’Aço is one of the most sought after spots on the Santa Catarina coast, and a gathering place for launches and yachts. Three floating bars offer meals, snacks and drinks, whether on their own decks or with services that deliver to the boats. It is located next to the central region of Porto Below, next to Caixa D’Aço beach, on a small strip of preserved sand, with access via a trail. It has a good strip of golden sand, and a calm beach with greenish waters, which looks more like a natural pool. The visual beauty and warm climate attract lots of tourists during the summer months, who are charmed by the landscape. It is ideal for bathing and for nautical sports like jet-skiing, kayaking and diving.

O encanto do inverno na Serra O frio intenso, com geadas fortes e a incidência de neve, o calor das lareiras e o clima aconchegante de fazendas e pousadas atraem milhares de visitantes para a Serra Catarinense. O inverno transforma cidades como Urubici, Urupema, São Joaquim, Bom Jardim da Serra e Lages em atraentes destinos turísticos. Urubici mostra uma natureza exuberante, com matas de araucárias, cachoeiras, cascatas e lugares especiais para a pesca de trutas. Na cidade está o ponto mais alto habitado do sul do Brasil, o Morro da Igreja, com 1.822 metros de altitude. É um dos locais com maior registro de neve no país. Urupema tem altitude média de 1.425 metros, uma das mais altas do estado. No inverno, com as fortes geadas, suas cachoeiras se transformam em cristais de gelo, aumentando a beleza de paisagens repletas de rios, campos verdes e pinheiros. Conhecida como a cidade da neve, São Joaquim é a vedete do roteiro de inverno em Santa Catarina. Entre junho e agosto, nevascas cobrem seus vales e montanhas. O espetáculo leva turistas para ruas e praças da cidade, onde se divertem, moldando bonecos de neve. No município de Bom Jardim da Serra, o principal atrativo é o mirante da Serra do Rio do Rastro, numa estrada sinuosa que é uma das imagens mais impressionantes da região. Muitas cachoeiras, todas com pelo menos dez metros de altura, deram à cidade o título de “capital das águas”. Em Lages, dois aspectos contribuem para a atração de turistas: as fazendas de turismo rural e a Festa Nacional do Pinhão. O município dispõe de mais de uma dezena de estabelecimentos de turismo rural, que com ou sem neve costumam ser mais visitados no inverno. THE DELIGHTS OF WINTER IN SERRA
Intense cold, heavy frosts and snow, the heat of the fireplaces and the cozy atmosphere of the farms and guesthouses attract thousands of visitors to the Santa Catarina’s mountainous Serra region. The winter transforms cities like Urubici, Urupema, São Joaquim, Bom Jardim da Serra and Lages into attractive tourism destinations. Urubici has exuberant nature, with Brazilian pine forests, waterfalls, and special places for trout fishing. The city has the highest inhabited point in the South of Brazil, Morro da Igreja, 1822 meters in height. It is one of the locations with the highest snowfall in the country. The average height of Urupema is1425 meters, one of the highest in the State. In winter, with the arrival of heavy frosts, its waterfalls are transformed into ice crystals, increasing the beauty of the landscapes, with their rivers, green fields and pine trees. Known as the city of snow, São Joaquim is the highlight of the winter tourism circuit in Santa Catarina. From June to August, snowfall covers the valleys and mountains. The spectacle brings tourists to the streets and squares of the city, where they have fun building snowmen. In the municipality of Bom Jardim da Serra, the main attraction is the lookout point of Serra do Rio do Rastro, on a windy road that is one of the most impressive images of the region. Lots of waterfalls, all over ten meters high, give the city the title of “capital of the waters”. In Lages, two aspects contribute to attracting tourists: rural tourism farms, and the National Pinhão (pine nut) Festival. The municipality has more than a dozen rural tourism establishments which, with or without snow, are particularly popular during the winter. Guests can take part in the everyday activities of caring for the cattle, sheep and other domestic animals.

FESTA DO PINHÃO É tradicionalmente realizada entre junho e julho no parque de exposições Conta Dinheiro. A programação inclui sapecada da canção, shows com cantores e bandas nacionais, bailes gauchescos, mostras culturais e de artesanato. Os visitantes podem se deliciar com a gastronomia típica da região serrana, que oferece diversos pratos feitos com a semente do pinheiro-araucária, como a paçoca de pinhão e o entrevero. The Pinhão (pine nut) festival is traditionally held from June to July in the Conta Dinheiro exhibition park. The program includes the sapecada da canção music festival, shows with singers and national bands, regional Gaucho dances, cultural shows, and handicrafts. Visitors can enjoy traditional gastronomy of the Serra region, which offers various dishes made with pine nuts from the araucaria Brazilian pine, such as paçoca de pinhão and entrevero. And if they’re lucky, they can experience temperatures close to zero.

— Picar o bacon, fritá-lo e deixá-lo separado — Fritar, juntas, a carne de gado, a carne de porco e a calabresa — Cozinhar o pinhão e moê-lo, de preferência em máquina de moer carne. Se não for possível, pode ser em liquidificador — Quando a carne de gado, a carne de porco e a calabresa estiverem bem refogadas, adicionar o pinhão já cozido e moído e os temperos — Por fim, caso tenha optado pelo bacon, despejá-lo por cima e mexer bem
— Dice and fry the bacon, set it aside — Fry the pork and calabresa, together with the minced beef — Cook the pine nuts and grind them, preferably in a meat grinder. Conhecer e degustar grande variedade de uvas e vinhos fazem parte de programas que ganham espaço com o crescimento do enoturismo em Santa Catarina. Além dos tradicionais programas de visitação, as vinícolas oferecem deliciosas opções, como degustação de vinhos nas cavas, piqueniques, almoço ao ar livre com cardápios regionais e até a sabragem, a famosa técnica de abrir a garrafa de espumante com um sabre. Duas regiões catarinenses se destacam nesse segmento: o Vale do Contestado, com o Roteiro Vale da Uva e do Vinho (Videira, Tangará e Pinheiro Preto), e a Serra Catarinense, onde estão localizadas algumas das mais respeitadas vinícolas do Brasil, em Água Doce, Campo Belo do Sul, Lages, São Joaquim e Urubici. O município de Videira tem ainda como atrativo cultural o Museu do Vinho Mario Pellegrin, no qual se conhece a história de como a bebida era produzida artesanalmente na época da colonização. Treze Tílias é outra cidade na rota dos vinhos catarinenses. Nesta cidade de colonização austríaca está a vinícola considerada o “atelier dos vinhos finos de altitude”, onde a família Kranz conduz o processamento das uvas oriundas das regiões parceiras de Campos Novos, Caçador e São Joaquim. Em Urussanga e Pedras Brancas, no sul de Santa Catarina, a Associação dos Produtores da Uva e do Vinho Goethe (Progoethe) tem roteiros especiais para quem
quer degustar vinhos e conhecer melhor a produção da bebida. Podem-se adquirir vinhos, sucos e outros produtos coloniais durante as visitas. Na cidade de Nova Trento, próxima a Blumenau e Brusque, os visitantes têm a oportunidade de provar vinhos artesanais, que podem vir acompanhados de comidas italianas e também do queijo ubriaco, envelhecido e imerso em vinho típico da região.
GOOD WINES OF SANTA CATARINA
Knowing and tasting a wide variety of grapes and wines is part of itineraries that have been gaining space following the growth of enotourism in the state of Santa Catarina. In addition to the traditional visit programs, wineries offer delicious options, such as wine tasting in cavas (wine cellars), picnics, outdoor lunches with regional menus, and even sabrage - the famous technique of opening a bottle of sparkling wine with a sabre. Two regions of Santa Catarina stand out in this field: Vale do Contestado, with the Vale da Uva e do Vinho tour (Grape and Wine Valley) (includes the towns of Videira, Tangará and Pinheiro Preto), and the Serra Catarinense tour (in mountain region of Santa Catarina), where some of the most respected Brazilian wineries are located, in the towns of Água Doce, Campo Belo do Sul, Lages, São Joaquim and Urubici.

Another tourist attraction of Videira is the Mario Pellegrin Wine Museum, where visitors can learn about the history of how wine was produced in colonial times. Treze Tílias is another town on the Santa Catarina wine route. It is in this town, colonized by the Austrians, that winery considered to be an “atelier of high altitude fine wines” is located. Here, the Kranz family processes grapes from partner regions in the towns of Campos Novos, Caçador and São Joaquim. BETO CARRERO WORLD The largest theme park in Latin America, Beto Carrero World is located in the municipality of Penha. Hundreds of attractions, from a zoo with more than 700 animals to rides that take your breath away, amuse and delight visitors. The park is laid out in seven themed areas: Avenida das Nações (Avenue of the Nations), Mundo Animal (Animal Kingdom), Vila Germânica (German Village), Velho Oeste (the Old West), Ilha dos Piratas (Pirate Island), Aventura Radical (Radical Adventure), and Madagascar (Madagascar). The park combines classic attractions like Excalibur, a show that recreates medieval jousts, with radical attractions like Star Mountain, which reaches a height of 35 meters and speeds of almost 90 km/h, the Big Tower, with a 100 meter free fall, and the Free Wall, an elevator that falls from a height equivalent to an 18-storey building. The newest sensation in the Park is the Madagascar area, inhabited by the Dream Works Animation crew. PARQUE UNIPRAIAS O empreendimento reúne, numa área de 202 mil m², diversos atrativos e muitas aventuras. Bondinhos aéreos interligam três estações entre o lado sul da orla de Balneário Camboriú e a Praia de Laranjeiras. Atividades radicais são praticadas no Parque de Aventuras, que fica na Estação Mata Atlântica, onde há passarelas em meio à mata com dois mirantes e circuito para prática do arvorismo. O percurso suspenso tem 12 obstáculos como tirolesa, falsa baiana e rapel. O trajeto, de 120 metros, tem duração média de duas horas. Já o trenó de montanha (o Youhooo) corta 710 metros de mata, atingindo uma velocidade máxima de 60 km/h em meio a descidas, subidas e curvas sinuosas.
UNIPRAIAS PARK The park brings together different attractions and lots of adventures, in a 202,000 m2 area. Aerial cable cars link three stations between the south side of the Balneário Camboriú shore and Laranjeiras Beach. You can participate in radical activities in the Adventure Park at the Atlantic Forest Station, where there are walkways through the woods with two scenic lookouts and a tree canopy circuit. The suspended route features 12 obstacles such as ziplines, slack rope walks, and rappel. The 120-meter course lasts around two hours. The mountain sled (or Youhooo) cuts through 710 meters of forest, reaching a top speed of 60 km/h, with descents, climbs, and winding curves.

O FASCÍNIO DAS CACHOEIRAS Cachoeiras, trilhas pitorescas e recantos inexplorados de Mata Atlântica marcam a geografia de boa parte do território catarinense. Num espaço situado a 80 km de Blumenau e 220 km de Florianópolis, mais de 150 cascatas se espalham pelos municípios de Presidente Getúlio, Vitor Meirelles, José Boiteux, Witmarsun e Dona Emma. É o chamado Vale das Cachoeiras, que em 1.451 km² de área contém grandes reservas de Mata Atlântica primária, recortadas por trilhas ecológicas e riachos. Em Corupá, no norte do estado, também em meio à Mata Atlântica, há 14 quedas d’água em uma área de 1.156 hectares, compondo a Rota das Cachoeiras, cujo trajeto é feito por trilhas. A Trilha Passa-Águas, que contorna o rio, permite a caminhada próximo às águas, tem extensão de 2.900 metros e tempo de percurso aproximado em 3h30min (ida e volta). A Cachoeira do Salto Grande é a maior delas e mede 125 metros de altura. Além das 14 quedas que formam o Parque Municipal do Rio Novo, a Cachoeira Véu de Noiva, no Rio São Paulo, merece destaque. No Braço Esquerdo, há outras duas grandes quedas com 80 metros.
THE FASCINATION OF WATERFALLS Waterfalls, picturesque trails, and unexplored corners of Atlantic Forest characterize the geography of a good part of Santa Catarina. In an area located 80 km from Blumenau and 220 km from Florianópolis, more than 150 falls are scattered through the municipalities of Presidente Getúlio, Vitor Meirelles, José Boiteux, Witmarsun, and Dona Emma. It is known as the Vale das Cachoeiras (Valley of Waterfalls) and in an area of 1451 km2, there are large reserves of primary Atlantic Forest crossed by ecological trails and streams. In Corupá, in the north of the state, also in the midst of Atlantic Forest, there are 14 waterfalls in an area of 1156 hectares, making up the Rota das Cachoeiras, a route followed along trails. The Passa-Águas Trail, which runs along the river, allowing you to hike close to the water, extends for 2900 meters and takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete (round trip). ÁGUAS TERMAIS Santa Catarina é um dos estados brasileiros com maior número de fontes hidrotermais. As estâncias estão distribuídas por todo o território catarinense. A temperatura varia, em média, entre 32ºC e 39ºC. Em São João do Oeste, a temperatura é a mais alta registrada no Sul do Brasil: 52ºC. Mata Atlântica, cachoeiras, rios e águas em abundância, contornados pela Serra do Tabuleiro, integram a paisagem de Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, um paraíso de águas termais que jorram a uma temperatura média de 39º C, apresentando propriedades relaxantes e terapêuticas. É aqui, na região da Grande Florianópolis, que está o Caldas da Imperatriz, primeira estância termal do Brasil. A cidade possui a segunda melhor fonte de água termal do mundo em qualidade, precedida apenas pela de Vicky, na França. No sul do estado, o município de Gravatal apresenta uma mistura interessante de águas quentes e paisagens deslumbrantes, com mirantes naturais, grutas, cachoeiras, trilhas e sítios. As termas da Estância de Águas Hidrominerais estão classificadas entre as melhores do mundo. Águas termais abundantes deram nome à cidade de Águas Mornas, uma das mais famosas estâncias hidrominerais do estado. Em Tubarão, os atrativos são as Termas da Guarda e as Termas do Rio do Pouso, ambas reconhecidas pela qualidade das águas radioativas na fonte.
No meio oeste de Santa Catarina, Treze Tílias, uma pequena cidade sossegada e hospitaleira, é a maior colônia austríaca do Brasil. A cidade fica entre colinas e belos jardins e abriga o Termas Internacional Vale das Tílias, parque aquático abastecido por fonte própria de águas termominerais. Localizada em cenário privilegiado, no Vale do Rio do Peixe, Piratuba recebe milhares de visitantes que procuram por tratamento de saúde, descanso e lazer. Seu complexo termal tem um dos mais belos parques de águas quentes do Brasil. No oeste, seis municípios oferecem fontes de águas termais: Águas de Chapecó, São Carlos, Palmitos, Quilombo, Caibi e Saudades. A estrutura turística ainda é incipiente, mas a qualidade das águas vale a visita. Destaque para Quilombo, única cidade em Santa Catarina com um parque de águas sulfurosas, instalado em plena praça central. O Parque Thermas de Itá, também no oeste, é um destino interessante para quem procura por tranquilidade e pode ter a visão singular de uma natureza desenhada por montanhas e matas nativas. A cidade é banhada pelo lago da usina hidrelétrica de Itá. Já na divisa com o Rio Grande do Sul fica o município de São João do Sul, que abriga a única estância de água termal salgada do país. A infraestrutura é rústica, composta por piscina, banheiras de hidromassagem e camping.

THERMAL WATERS Santa Catarina is one of the Brazilian states with the greatest number of hydrothermal springs. Spas are located throughout the state. The average temperature ranges from 32ºC and 39ºC. In São João do Oeste, the temperature, at 52ºC, is the highest recorded in the South of Brazil. Atlantic Forest, waterfalls, rivers, and water in abundance, surrounded by the Serra do Tabuleiro, comprise the landscape of Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, a paradise of thermal waters with relaxing and therapeutic properties that gush out of the earth at an average temperature of 39ºC. The first thermal spa in Brazil, Caldas da Imperatriz, is located here in the Greater Florianópolis region. The town features springs with thermal water of the second highest quality in the world, surpassed only by Vichy, in France. In the south of the state, the municipality of Gravatal offers an interesting mixture of hot springs and breathtaking landscapes, with natural lookouts, caves, waterfalls, trails, and rural smallholdings. The hot springs at the Estância de Águas Hidrominerais are ranked among the best in the world. The town of Águas Mornas, one of the state’s most famous hydro-mineral spas, was named for its abundant thermal waters. In Tubarão, the attractions are the Termas da Guarda and the Termas do Rio do Pouso, both recognized for the quality of their radioactive spring waters.
In the Midwest of Santa Catarina, Treze Tílias, a small, peaceful, and welcoming town, is the largest Austrian colony in Brazil, The town is nestled between hills and beautiful gardens and is home to the Termas Internacional Vale das Tílias, a water park supplied by its own thermomineral springs. Located in a privileged setting in the Vale do Rio do Peixe, Piratuba receives thousands of visitors seeking health treatments, rest, and leisure. Its thermal complex has one of the most beautiful hot water parks in Brazil. In the west, six municipalities offer hot springs: Águas de Chapecó, São Carlos, Palmitos, Quilombo, Caibi, and Saudades. The tourist infrastructure is still in its infancy, but the water quality makes it well worth a visit. Quilombo stands out among them as the only town in Santa Catarina with a sulphurous water park right in the main square. MERGULHO A Reserva Marinha Biológica do Arvoredo, próxima a Florianópolis e Bombinhas, é considerada o melhor local para a prática do mergulho autônomo no Sul do Brasil. Os adeptos do mergulho livre vão encontrar ótimos pontos para essa prática nas enseadas, costões, ilhas e praias de Bombinhas, Porto Belo, Florianópolis e Garopaba. Em Bombinhas há opção de mergulhar em algumas das 39 praias da cidade. As melhores são Sepultura, Lagoinha, Biguá e no costão esquerdo da Praia de Quatro Ilhas. Em todas elas, mesmo no raso, é possível ver uma infinidade de peixes e crustáceos e também visitar piscinas naturais.
DIVING The Arvoredo Marine Biological Reserve, near Florianópolis and Bombinhas, is considered the best place to practice scuba diving in the South of Brazil. CYCLING The shore and the interior of the state have hundreds of places to explore by bicycle. The routes connect various towns, following trails and secondary roads that have little traffic. One of the most well-known circuits is that of the Europeu Valley, that passes through Timbó, Pomerode, Indaial, Rio dos Cedros, Benedito Novo, Doutor Pedrinho, Rodeio, Apiúna, and Ascurra. The 270 km of the Costa Verde e Mar Circuit lets you experience one of the most rugged and beautiful coastlines in Brazil, and it also passes through peaceful towns of the interior with preserved forests, rivers, and waterfalls. In includes Balneário Piçarras, Penha, Navegantes, Itajaí, Balneário Camboriú, and Porto Belo along the coast and inland, Bombinhas, Camboriú, Ilhota, and Luís Alves.

RAFTING Um dos principais polos de rafting do país está nas cidades de Apiúna e Ibirama, no Rio Itajaí-Açu e afluentes. O trecho básico possui 7,5 km, intercalando corredeiras nervosas, trechos calmos, cachoeiras e paisagens espetaculares. Existem percursos leves para iniciantes e outros radicais, que devem ser feitos somente por veteranos no esporte. No Rio Itajaí do Norte há corredeiras mais leves, ideais para iniciantes. Em Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, na região da Grande Florianópolis, o rafting é praticado no Rio Cubatão do Sul, que oferece água limpa e transparente, mata ciliar e muitas corredeiras em sequência.
RAFTING One of Brazil’s main rafting centers is in the towns of Apiúna and Ibirama, on the Itajaí-Açu River and its tributaries. The basic stretch is 7.5 km long, intermingling rushing rapids, calm stretches, waterfalls, and spectacular scenery. There are easy routes for beginners and other radical routes that should only be attempted by veterans of the sport.
CANOAGEM Bons locais para essa prática são o Lago Rio Bonito, na cidade de Rio dos Cedros, e as corredeiras dos rios Itapocu e Piraí em Araquari. Em Garuva, o Rio São João é o lugar mais indicado para canoagem e boiacross. A represa de Guaramirim também é bastante procurada por praticantes de canoagem e outros esportes náuticos.
On the Itajaí do Norte River there are easier rapids, ideal for beginners. In Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, in the Greater Florianópolis region, rafting is practiced on the Cubatão do Sul River, which offers clean, transparent water, forests along the riverbanks, and lots rapids in sequence.

O Rio Itapocu, cortando o Vale do Corupá até Barra Velha, possui boas corredeiras e remansos, ideais para a canoagem. As águas calmas da Baía de Zimbros, em Bombinhas, e da Lagoa da Conceição, em Florianópolis, propiciam passeios de canoa canadense. In Garuva, the São João River is the most popular place for canoeing and tubing. The Guaramirim Dam is also a popular spot with enthusiasts of canoeing and other water sports. The Itapocu River that runs through the Corupá Valley to Barra Velha has some good rapids and backwaters, ideal for canoeing. The calm waters of Baía de Zimbros, in Bombinhas, and Lagoa da Conceição, in Florianópolis, are perfect for canoeing using Canadian kayak. The Canoas River, in Urubici, has mild and mid-level rapids, ideal for those who enjoy canoeing using duck kayaks.

As impressionantes paisagens do Parque Nacional Aparados da Serra (unidade de conservação situada na divisa entre o Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina, próxima ao município de Praia Grande) são caracterizadas por paredões rochosos verticais de até 700 metros de altura, interrompidos abruptamente pelo suave relevo do planalto. Cachoeiras e cascatas tornam o cenário ainda mais encantador. Em vários locais, como no Cânion do Itaimbezinho e no Poço do Malacara, no cânion de mesmo nome, pratica-se trekking com acompanhamento de guias.
The impressive landscapes of Aparados da Serra National Park (a conservation area located on the border between Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina, close to the municipality of Praia Grande) are characterized by vertical rock walls up to 700 meters high, abruptly interrupted by the gentle relief of the plateau. Waterfalls and cascades make the scenery even more delightful. In various places, like Cânion do Itaimbezinho and Poço do Malacara, in the canyon with the same name, there is trekking accompanied by guides.
Em Florianópolis, há trilhas que atravessam trechos da Mata Atlântica, como a que parte da Praia do Matadeiro ou da Praia do Pântano do Sul. No Parque Municipal da Lagoa do Peri, no sul da ilha, há trilhas que margeiam a Lagoa do Peri e sobem em direção ao Sertão do Peri, ponto mais alto da região. O percurso passa por cachoeiras, engenhos de farinha e antigos alambiques. No extremo sul está localizada a Praia da Solidão, de onde parte a trilha em direção à Praia do Saquinho. O trekking dura cerca de uma hora, passando por costões, pequenas cachoeiras e trechos de Mata Atlântica. Quem quiser ir adiante pode pegar uma nova trilha em direção à semideserta Praia de Naufragados. O trajeto todo, desde a Solidão, leva quase um dia inteiro.

In Lagoa do Peri Municipal Park, in the southern part of the island, there are trails that hug the shore of Lagoa do Peri and then climb towards the Sertão do Peri, the highest point in the region. The route passes by waterfalls, manioc flour mills, and old distilleries. Solidão Beach is located at the southernmost end of the island, where the trail towards Saquinho Beach begins. The hike takes about an hour, passing along the rocky coastline, past small waterfalls, and through stretches of Atlantic Forest. For those who want to continue further, there is another trail that leads to the semi-deserted Naufragados Beach. The entire trail, from Solidao, takes almost a full day.

Com 80 metros de altitude, o Morro do Careca, entre Balneário Camboriú e Itajaí, permite voos tranquilos e seguros. Podem ser feitos voos duplos de parapente de aproximadamente 15 minutos com pilotos experientes. Aqueles que desejam experimentar essa sensação têm a opção de voar no Parque Natural Municipal da Atalaia em Itajaí. Em Araranguá, os locais mais indicados e com rampas para essa prática são os morros dos Conventos e Mãe Luzia. Na cidade de Camboriú, o Pico da Pedra (ponto mais alto do município, com 678 metros) é muito procurado por praticantes de voo livre. Do topo se avista boa parte da costa, incluindo Florianópolis, além da foz do Rio Itajaí e da foz do Rio Tijucas.

Na região nordeste da ilha, a Trilha do SantinhoAranhas tem uma extensão de 600 metros. O rapel é feito em uma parede de inclinação negativa de 20 metros, ideal para iniciantes. Outras trilhas que incluem rapel estão no Costão Norte do Santinho, no bairro São João do Rio Vermelho, e no Parque Municipal da Galheta. Com início na Rodovia Manoel de Menezes, que liga a Lagoa da Conceição à Praia Mole, a Trilha do Gravatá leva a um dos pontos mais altos do parque, a pedra do Urubu, no costão direito da Mole, com altitude que varia até 190 metros. A trilha do Morro dos Ingleses começa no costão esquerdo da praia dos Ingleses e é interessante para iniciantes por ser um percurso leve, com altitude de até 100 metros. O final da caminhada é na Pedra Rachada e as atividades de rapel são feitas nas matações do costão. Na cidade de Urubici, os locais mais procurados para rapel são a Cachoeira Serra do Corvo Branco, uma das mais belas da região, com 85 metros para descida. Na Cachoeira do Avencal é possível praticar trekking e rapel em uma das maiores quedas d’água da região, com 100 metros de altura. Na parte superior da cachoeira, pratica-se a tirolesa. A Pedra da Águia, formação de arenito, cujo formato lembra a cabeça de uma águia, próximo à Serra do Corvo Branco, é uma boa opção para os praticantes de rapel. RAPPEL In Florianópolis, natural rock walls, offering incredible panoramic vistas, are perfect for rappelling. In the northeastern region of the island, the Santinho-Aranhas Trail extends for 600 meters. Rappel is performed on a wall with a negative inclination of 20 meters, ideal for beginners. There are other trails that include rappel in the Costão Norte do Santinho, in the district of São João do Rio Vermelho, and in Galheta Municipal Park. Starting at the Manoel de Menezes Highway, which links Lagoa da Conceição to Mole Beach, the Gravatá Trail leads to one of the highest points in the park, Urubu Rock, on Mole’s right coast, at an altitude that reaches up to 190 meters. No alto do Morro da Cruz, o Cristo Luz é uma estátua com 33 metros de altura. De lá é possível ter uma vista panorâmica de todo o centro da cidade. As luzes que iluminam o Cristo ficam acesas durante a noite, impressionando os visitantes. No local há lanchonetes, restaurantes, lojas de souvenires e um mirante.

At the top of the Morro da Cruz (Hill of the Cross) stands the Cristo Luz statue, which is thirty three meters in height. From here, there are panoramic views of the whole town and surrounding region. The lights that illuminate the statue remain lit all night, impressing visitors. ARVORISMO E TRENÓ
As atividades radicais são praticadas no Parque de Aventuras, que fica na estação Mata Atlântica do Parque Unipraias. O percurso suspenso do arvorismo tem 12 obstáculos como tirolesa, falsa baiana e rapel. O trajeto, de 120 metros, tem duração média de duas horas. Já o trenó de montanha (o Youhooo) corta 710 metros de mata, atingindo uma velocidade máxima de 60 km/h em meio a descidas, subidas e curvas sinuosas.

These radical activities are available at the Parque de Adventuras (Adventure Park), located at the Mata Atlântica cable car stop of the Parque Unipraias. The suspended canopy walk route has twelve obstacles, including a zip rope, tightrope walk and abseiling. The 120-meter route takes around two hours to complete.

The Park covers an area of 202 square meters; it has many activities and lots of adventure. Cable cars interlink three stations between the Southside of the shoreline of Balneário Camboriú and Laranjeiras beach. At the Mata Atlântica station, there are footpaths through the woods, with two lookout points and a canopy walk circuit.

A aventura tem início na Barra Sul, onde já no começo se pode observar a estrutura do Molhe da Barra Sul com todo o seu charme paisagístico. Em sequência, o barco passa pela baía da Praia Central, pela Ilha das Cabras e pelos costões do Morro da Aguada até chegar à Praia de Laranjeiras.

Não é necessário ter conhecimento especial para voar de parapente, pois todos os voos são acompanhados por pilotos experientes que integram a Associação de Voo Livre do Morro do Careca (Amca).

From a natural ramp, 104 meters above sea level, hang-gliders and paragliders take off, turning the dream of free flying into a reality. No special knowledge of flying a paraglider is required, as all flights are accompanied by experienced pilots who belong to the Associação de Voo Livre do Morro do Careca (Careca Hill Free Flight Association) - AMCA.

IGREJA MATRIZ
É o maior monumento arquitetônico e um dos principais cartões-postais da cidade. Foi construída de acordo com projeto do arquiteto alemão Simão Gramlich, reunindo elementos românticos e neogóticos. Exibe pinturas dos artistas italianos Emílio Sessa e Aldo Locateli. A igreja tem seis torres, 55 vitrais com imagens bíblicas e a imponente estátua de Moisés com as Tábuas da Lei, obra do escultor Ervin Curt Teichmann.
IGREJA MATRIZ
This is the largest architectural monument and one of the town’s main picture postcards. It was built according to the design of German architect Simão Gramlich, bringing together elements from the Romantic and NeoGothic Movements. It exhibits paintings by the Italian artists Emilio Sessa and Aldo Locateli. The church has six towers, fifty-five stained glass windows with biblical images, and an
imposing statue of Moses holding the tablets with the Ten Commandments, a work by the sculptor Ervin Curt Teichmann.

Built in 1917, this building is one of the most traditional structures of the historical center of Itajaí. Its original architecture grabs the attention. The pier is the gateway for visitors from around the world. It was opened in September 2000 to increase the tourist activity in the town. Quem vai do Centro em direção à Lagoa da Conceição pode conhecer as praias da Joaquina, Praia Mole e Barra da Lagoa. A Joaquina é famosa por suas ondas que propiciam a prática de surfe e outros esportes. As dunas completam o cenário e são um convite ao sandboard. Na Praia Mole, uma das mais conhecidas da cidade, há bares e quiosques à beira-mar. Lugar de badalação, corpos atléticos, geração saúde e galera jovem. Os praticantes de parapente aproveitam as encostas como rampa de decolagem. Caminhando até as pedras do lado esquerdo se avista a Praia da Galheta, acessada somente por uma trilha. Ali se pratica o nudismo.
Who goes from the center toward the Lagoa da Conceição can visit the beaches of Joaquina, Praia Mole and Barra da Lagoa. A Barra da Lagoa é uma praia mais calma, com alguns restaurantes próximos à praia e uma unidade do Projeto Tamar, que cuida das tartarugas. A água do mar nessa praia apresenta baixa salinidade devido à mistura com a água doce da lagoa. Entre a Mole e a Barra é possível parar no Mirante Ponto de Vista para ver a Lagoa da Conceição, onde, no centrinho, funcionam vários cafés, lanchonetes, lojas e feira de artesanato, bares e casas noturnas. Uma boa dica é fazer um passeio pela Avenida das Rendeiras.
Barra da Lagoa is a quieter beach, with some close to the beach restaurants and a unit of the Tamar Project, which takes care of the turtles. The last beach script is Mozambique, larger in scope and virtually unexplored. It is popular with surfers looking for their perfect waves. Much of its length is inside the Forest Park of the Red River, which receives some stray penguins are brought by ocean currents from Antarctica and are kept in a recovery nursery.

NORTH ISLAND
A primeira parada pode ser em Santo Antônio de Lisboa, um dos distritos mais antigos da cidade que preserva muitas edificações do passado e também a primeira rua calçada do estado de Santa Catarina. O próximo destino é o Forte de São José da Ponta Grossa, que fazia parte de um sistema de proteção da Ilha contra embarcações inimigas. A fortaleza está entre as praias do Forte, pacata e de águas calmas, e de Jurerê Internacional, a mais badalada de Florianópolis.
The first stop might be in Santo Antonio de Lisboa, one of the oldest districts of the city that preserves many buildings from the past and also the first paved street in the state of Santa Catarina. The next destination is the Fort of São José da Ponta Grossa, which was part of a system of protection of the island against enemy vessels. A Praia do Campeche é a mais frequentada da região e tem boa oferta de comércio, serviços e alimentação. Faz parte de uma extensa faixa de areia que se inicia na Praia da Joaquina e termina na praia do Morro das Pedras, muito procurada pelos surfistas por causa de suas boas ondas. O mar é aberto, gelado, com ondas e costuma ficar bem mexido, principalmente em dias de vento sul.
The Campeche Beach is the most frequented in the region and has good range of shops, services and food. It is part of an extensive stretch of sand that starts at Joaquina Beach and ends at the beach of Morro das Pedras, very popular with surfers because of its good waves. The sea is open, cold, with waves and get ahold stirring well, especially in the south wind days.
O point do Campeche é uma área conhecida como Riozinho, onde há um pequeno córrego que deságua no mar. Nesta área, que costuma reunir um público mais jovem, há quadra de vôlei de praia, barracas de comes e bebes e espaço para apresentações musicais. Em frente à praia está a Ilha do Campeche, uma ótima opção de passeio. Ela pode ser visitada pegando um barco da associação de pescadores na Praia da Armação, uma das mais antigas colônias de pescadores da ilha. Em seguida vêm as praias do Matadeiro e de Pântano do Sul. Logo depois surge outra tradicional colônia de pescadores, a Praia do Pântano do Sul, onde, no canto direito, há uma estradinha que leva para a última praia acessível por carro, a pequena Praia da Solidão. No canto esquerdo da praia há alguns bons restaurantes de frutos do mar.
The point of Campeche is an area known as Riozinho where there is a small stream which flows into the sea. In this area, which usually gathers a younger audience, there are beach volleyball court, eat and drink stalls and space for musical performances. Opposite the beach is the Ilha do Campeche, a great tour option. It can be visited catching a boat the fishermen’s association in the Pera Beach, one of the oldest fishing villages on the island. Next come the beaches of Matadeiro and South Marsh. Soon after comes another traditional fishing village, South Marsh beach, where, in the right corner, there is a road that leads to the last beach accessible by car, the small beach of Solitude. On the left corner of the beach there are some good seafood restaurants.

Between these two sites is Lagoinha do Leste Beach, one of the few beaches that preserve their natural appearance and original without being a man of action. It is part of the Municipal Park of East Pond and can only be accessed by trails. There are two tracks, one by Matadeiro and over the swamp.The South also has two beaches facing the west side of the island: the Ribeirão da Ilha Beach, formed by three small sandy stretches along the Ribeirão of the historic district of the island, and Shipwrecked Beach, also accessed only by trail.

O bairro teve sua primeira etapa iniciada em 1999, com um loteamento residencial. Porto natural conhecido internacionalmente, a pequena enseada do Caixa d’Aço, em Porto Belo, é o tipo de lugar que todos que possuem um barco sonham um dia encontrar. A tonalidade verde-esmeralda de suas águas fascina os visitantes. É um dos pedaços de litoral mais abrigados do Sul do país, porque ali o mar avança terra adentro, formando uma espécie de ferradura. Há muito verde por todos os lados. Mesmo nos dias de mar agitado, no Caixa d’Aço as águas permanecem tranquilas, quase paradas. O grande diferencial desse lugar é que todos que o frequentam chegam pelo mar, em seus barcos, jet-skis, veleiros, lanchas e iates. Uma das atrações é a charmosa prainha ao fundo da enseada com apenas 30 metros de areia. Também atrativos são os três bares flutuantes que animam a chegada dos barcos ao Caixa d’Aço e oferecem serviço de boat delivery. Um botinho inflável fica circulando entre as embarcações, anotando pedidos e entregando comida e bebidas.Nas tardes de verão, a enseada fica lotada de barcos e gente bonita a bordo. Difícil encontrar um lugar para ancorar. A solução, quase sempre, é atracar no contrabordo dos outros barcos, formando assim uma espécie de ponte até os bares.
CAIXA D’AÇO INLET
A natural port that is known internationally, the small bay of Caixa d’Aço, in Porto Belo, is the sort of place that all those who have a boat dream of finding one day. Visitors are fascinated by the emerald green of the waters. It is one of the most sheltered sections of coastline in the South of the country, as the sea encroaches on the land, forming a kind of horseshoe. It is surrounded by greenery on all sides. Even when the waters are choppy outside the bay, in Caixa d’Aço the sea remains calm and tranquil. A unique feature of this bay is that it is only accessible by sea, whether by boat, jet-ski, sailing boat, motor boat, or yacht. One of the attractions is the charming little beach at the end of the bay, with just thirty meters of sand. Other attractions are the floating bars that animate the arrival of the boats as they make their way to the Caixa d’Aço, delivering drinks right to the boats. An inflatable dinghy circulates among the craft, waters taking orders and delivering food and drinks. By the end of the afternoon, the bay is filled with boats, with lots of beautiful people on board. Finding a place to weigh anchor can be difficult. The solution is usually to berth alongside other boats, forming a kind of bridge to the bars.

Distante 900 metros do continente, já foi chamada de Ilha Bela e depois foi batizada com o nome de João da Cunha em homenagem ao seu segundo proprietário, um importante homem público do município de Porto Belo. O lugar conserva suas características naturais. A flora nativa surpreende pelas raras espécies de bromélias.

It has infrastructure for visitors, with anchorage sites, kiosks on the beach, and a restaurant selling traditional foods. Visitors can practice snorkeling, or various other water sports. The local houses, built in rustic style, offer comfort to visitors and promote the preservation of the environment, including a waste treatment system.

O município tem três Unidades de Conservação: Parque Municipal da Galheta, Parque Municipal do Morro dos Macacos e a Área de Relevante Interesse Ecológico da Costeira de Zimbros, onde podem ser realizadas caminhadas ecológicas sobre trilhas que foram construídas pelos antigos moradores na floresta.

The municipality has three Conservation Units: Galheta Municipal Park, Morro Municipal Park, and the Zimbros Coast Area of Important Ecological Interest. There are ecological walks along trails forged long ago, by the residents of the forest.
COSTEIRA DE ZIMBROS
É formada pelas praias do Cardoso, da Lagoa, Triste e Vermelha, localizadas a partir da extremidade direita da praia de Zimbros. O acesso só é possível por trilha. Durante a caminhada pode-se conhecer um pouco mais do processo de ocupação da península que deu origem ao município, rolar nas areias da Praia Triste e tomar banho na cachoeira que de triste só tem o nome.

Formed by the beaches of Cardoso, Lagoa, Triste and Vermelha, located at the end of Zimbros beach. The only means of access is by walking trails. During the walk you can learn a little bit more of the process of occupation of the peninsula that gave rise to the municipality, roll in the sands of Triste Beach, or bathe in the waterfall, where the only sad thing is its name (“Triste” means “sad” in Portuguese).

Housed in an old mill that was purchased and renovated with the aim of reviving and preserving the cultural memory through the gastronomy, folklore, tradition and customs of the municipality. Located in the Engenho do Sertão, an alternative space that is open to visitors and offers the traditional consertada (a mixture of cachaça, coffee and spices).
MUSEU AQUÁRIO MARINHO
O acervo tem aproximadamente três mil invertebrados marinhos distribuídos entre esponjas, corais, conchas, estrelas, siris, caranguejos, lagostas, ouriços, caramujos e pepinos do mar. No local há também uma sala com aquários de espécies marinhas locais.

Também conhecida como Prainha, é uma pequena praia, calma, localizada no Bairro da Vigia. Bem perto está a Gruta de Nossa Senhora de Lourdes. Um pouco adiante começa o chamado Costão, onde se pode caminhar por trilhas e observar o mar em sua luta com o litoral rochoso.

Also known as Prainha, it is a small, calm beach located in the district of Viga. Nearby is the grotto of Nossa Senhora de Lourdes (Our Lady of Lourdes), a little further on is the start of the so-called Costão where there are walking trails, with views of the sea battering the rocky coast.

There are eight hundred meters of beach surrounded by lots of greenery and sand dunes, which are an invitation to go sand boarding. The access road is delightful, running between coconut trees and virgin forest. It is still an isolated beach without urban amenities.

Localizadas a cerca de dez quilômetros do centro e das principais praias, são nascentes que formam pequenas cascatas, poços e piscinas naturais. Destaque para as cascatas da Encantada, do Macacú e do Siriú, com águas puras e cristalinas. Na cachoeira do Macacú, a ação dos raios solares nas pedras durante o dia faz com que as águas sofram um leve aquecimento, tornando-se agradáveis também à noite, seja para banho ou mergulho.

WATERFALLS
Located some ten kilometers from the center, and the main beaches, there are springs that form small waterfalls and a few natural pools. Of particular interest are the Encantada falls of Macacú and Siriu, with their crystal-clear waters. At the Macacú falls, the rays of the sun warm up the rocks during the day, making the water slightly warmer, and pleasant even at night, for bathing or diving.

O mar, os rochedos e o verde da vegetação rasteira formam um belo e agreste conjunto entre Garopaba e a Praia do Silveira. Pode-se fazer caminhada por trilha que ora passa por dentro do mato, ora se desdobra sobre as pedras escorregadias, observando as ondas raivosas se lançando sobre as pedras.
The Sea, the rocks and the green creeping vegetation form a beautiful, natural setting between Garopaba and Silveira beach. There is a walking trail that goes through the bush and then winds through an area of slippery rocks, from where you can watch the angry waves crashing onto the rocks.
É uma bela ilha que fica a 45 minutos de barco da praia de Garopaba. O passeio até lá reserva várias surpresas, como conhecer o antigo farol e o paredão com inscrições rupestres com mais de dois mil anos. Durante a temporada, há serviços de transporte que levam até a ilha. As saídas são feitas a partir da enseada de Garopaba.
A beautiful island that is forty-five minutes by boat from Garopaba beach. The trip out to the island holds many surprises, like the old lighthouse or the large wall with ancient inscriptions more than two thousand years old. During the summer there is a transport service that takes visitors to the island. Trips depart from Garopaba cove.

OBSERVAÇÃO DE BALEIAS-FRANCA
Garopaba recebe anualmente a visita de baleias-franca, algumas com até 18 metros de comprimento e 60 toneladas. Fugindo do inverno antártico, elas percorrem a costa catarinense, entre julho e outubro, e a enseada de Garopaba é um de seus locais de descanso prediletos. Esses animais vêm para o litoral catarinense em busca de águas quentes para procriar e amamentar seus filhotes.
SOUTHERN RIGHT WHALE WATCHING
Garopaba receives an annual visit from the Southern Right whales, some as long as eighteen meters in length and weighing sixty tons. Escaping the Antarctic winter, they arrive on the Santa Catarina coastline between July and October, and the Garopaba bay is one of their favorite resting sites. The animals come to the Santa Catarina coast in search of the warmer waters to mate and feed their young.

Bom Jardim da Serra A 1.245 metros acima do nível do mar, é o portal da região serrana catarinense e tem como principal atração a Estrada da Serra do Rio do Rastro. There are 12 km of paved, lit mountain roads, located on the SC-438 highway, 11 km from the town center, at an altitude of 1,460 meters. The lookout point gives spectacular panoramic views of the region, taking in the nature, mountains and valleys and the incredible twists and turns of the road. On clear, sunny days, it is even possible to glimpse the sea in the distance. It is one of the most enchanting landscapes of Santa Catarina and also one of the most picturesque mountain roads in Brazil.

Access is by car to a nearby farm, and the remainder on foot or horseback. This canyon is next to the lookout point, to the right of the Serra do Rio do Rastro, at an altitude of 1,485 meters. It covers an area of approximately 100 hectares that is at the same level as the highest mountain, with a single, narrow access just thirty meters wide, with cliffs on both sides.

PATRIMÔNIO HISTÓRICO
São Francisco do Sul tem 500 anos de história marcada em suas ruas, casas, igrejas, sambaquis, ruelas e becos. Um exemplar deste patrimônio é a Igreja Matriz Nossa Senhora da Graça, construída em 1699 por escravos, milicianos e pelo povo do lugar, com argamassa feita de uma mistura de cal, concha, areia e óleo de baleia.

São Francisco do Sul has 500 years of history, which are marked in its streets, houses, churches, sambaquis (shell mounds), and narrow alleys. An example of this heritage is the Igreja Matriz Nossa Senhora da Graça; the church was built in 1699 by slaves, military, and the local residents, with mortar made from a mixture of lime, sand, shell and whale oil.

O prédio foi construído em 1880 e foi o único centro comercial da cidade por várias décadas. Em 1928 sofreu uma ampliação e em 1976 foi restaurado. O interior abriga açougue, peixarias e lojas de artesanato.

MUSEU DO MAR
Fundado em 1993, o local abriga as mais diversas embarcações brasileiras. Os visitantes podem apreciar mais de 60 barcos em tamanho natural e aproximadamente 200 peças de modelismo e artesanato naval. O museu conta também com uma biblioteca. Considerada a mais completa biblioteca temática de embarcações tradicionais do Brasil, tem aproximadamente 1,3 mil livros sobre o tema.
MUSEU DO MAR
Founded in 1993, the site houses the a variety of Brazilian vessels. Visitors can see more than sixty life-sized boats and around 200 pieces of modeling and naval crafts. The museum also has a library. Considered the most complete thematic library of traditional Brazilian ships, the library houses approximately 1,300 books on the topic.

O roteiro começa no Trapiche Espinheiros, passa pelas 14 ilhas da região e faz uma parada de 1h30min no Centro Histórico. Although it departs from the neighboring town, highlights of the tour include Babitonga Bay and the Historical Center of São Francisco do Sul. The tour begins at the Espinheiros Jetty, and takes in fourteen islands in the region, stopping for an hour and a half in the Historical Center. Acontece em janeiro, na Praia Grande, a Gincana Catarinense de Pesca de Arremesso é a maior competição do gênero no Sul do Brasil. Na longa estrada da Praia Grande, que leva até a Praia do Ervino, o visitante pode observar belas dunas e mata nativa praticamente intocada.

Held every January, at Grande beach, the Gincana Catarinense de Pesca Arremesso (Santa Catarina Cast Fishing Tournament) is the largest competition of its kind in southern Brazil. VISITA À VILA DA GLÓRIA
No Distrito do Saí, fica na parte continental de São Francisco do Sul e preserva marcas do tempo. A sensação é de estar longe dos grandes centros. A população local não chega a três mil habitantes e a maioria das áreas verdes está intacta. Pode-se ir de lancha ou escuna e parar em um dos diversos restaurantes de comida típica, onde a sequência de frutos do mar é a grande atração. Um ferry-boat permite que o visitante vá de carro pelo menor caminho. A vantagem de ir de carro é a autonomia para conhecer as cachoeiras da região, que oferecem piscinas naturais em meio à Mata Atlântica da Serra do Mar.

In the District of Saí, on the continental part of São Francisco do Sul Francisco do Sul, the village still preserves the marks of time. The place has a feel of being far from the major centers. The village has less than three thousand inhabitants, and the majority of the green areas are intact. It can be reached by boat or schooner, stopping off at one of the restaurants offering typical food, where the range of seafood is the main attraction. A ferry enables visitors to take the car and drive by the shortest route. The advantage of going by car is the independence to visit the waterfalls of the region, which provide natural pools in the middle of the Atlantic Forest of Serra do Mar.

Inicialmente, a Rua XV de Novembro se chamava Wurststrasse (Rua da Linguiça), por ser estreita e sinuosa. Ao longo dos anos sofreu algumas reformas e em 2002 foi completamente reurbanizada, com a substituição dos paralelepípedos por lajotas coloridas. No total são 35 imóveis cadastrados como patrimônio histórico, dentre os quais dez estão estampados pelas lajotas no chão. É nesse local que são realizados os tradicionais desfiles da Oktoberfest em outubro.

Initially, Rua XV Novembro was called Wurststrasse (Sausage Street) as it is narrow and winding. Over the years, it has undergone several reformations and in 2002, it was completely reurbanized, with the cobblestones being replaced by colored flagstones. In total, there are 35 buildings registered as historical heritage, among which ten are printed in the floor tiles that cover the street. It is here that the parades assemble for the traditional Oktoberfest in October.

Inaugurado em 2 de setembro de 1982, dia da fundação de Blumenau, o novo prédio da prefeitura foi construído em estilo enxaimel e logo se tornou ponto turístico. Na praça em frente ao edifício, o visitante poderá conhecer o relógio das flores, o monumento em homenagem aos 150 anos do município (comemorados em 2000) e a Macuca, a primeira locomotiva da cidade.

Construída em 1985, em estilo germânico, a Vila Germânica é um centro comercial que vende produtos típicos da cidade. Nas lojas que a compõem são comercializados canecos de chope, chocolates, vinhos, trajes típicos e pequenas lembranças da Oktoberfest. O visitante pode saborear os pratos tradicionais da região em um restaurante típico e no café colonial.
O distrito, localizado a 25 km do Centro, abriga uma área privilegiada da cidade, onde são preservadas as características germânicas. O agroturismo de Blumenau oferece aos visitantes uma farta gastronomia: são queijos, tortas, doces, licores, geleias, conservas, entre outros produtos artesanais encontrados na região.
PARQUE VILA GERMÂNICA
The district, located 25 km from the Center, is a traditional part of the city, where the Germanic characteristics are preserved in the buildings. Rural tourism in Blumenau offers visitors a rich gastronomy that includes cheeses, pastries, cream liqueurs, fruit jellies and preserves, among other home-made produce of the region.
Built in 1985 in Germanic style, the Vila Germânica is a shopping center that sells traditional local products such as beer glasses, chocolates, wines, traditional costumes and Oktoberfest souvenirs. Visitors can enjoy traditional dishes of the region at one of the restaurants or at the café colonial.

The route is in the central west of Santa Catarina; Fraiburgo is located 380 Km from the State capital Florianópolis, while Joaçaba is 380Km and Piratuba is 440Km. The Rota da Amizade (Friendship Route) is an integrated tourist itinerary that takes in five towns, through a Convention & Visitors Bureau of the same name. What makes it unique is the hospitality of the local inhabitants of the interior. The diversity of reliefs, altitudes, ethnic groups, cultures, charms and flavors, all in a route of less than 150 km, show emotions and pleasures in the interior of Santa & Bela Catarina. Altitudes ranging from 1,050 m to 420 m, the climate of the serra, or hilly region, and the valleys, and a wide range of attractions, cuisine, and culture originating from the towns of European colonization that characterize the Rota de Amizade. FRAIBURGO – TERRA DA MAÇÃ Fraiburgo é a união de um conjunto de destacadas características, da altitude às baixas temperaturas no inverno e o verão ameno marcam a cidade em suas estações distintas. Os pomares contribuem para paisagens encantadoras em todas as estações. A natureza fica plena quando as macieiras carregadas de frutos são um espetáculo de cores e sabores.
Passeio de Aventura na Mata Nativa René Frey:
este passeio é realizado com veículos off road chamados Kaygang, Jagunço e Jagunbus. Trata-se de jipes e ônibus idênticos aos usados nos safáris africanos. Neste passeio é visitado ainda um criadouro de cervos nobres e uma eclusa.
Colheita da Maçã: entre os meses de janeiro e abril,

FRAIBURGO - LAND OF APPLES Fraiburgo is a combination of unique features, from the altitude to the low temperatures in winter and the mild summers, which mark the different seasons in the town. The orchards contribute to the delightful landscapes in all seasons of the year. Nature is abundant when the apple trees, laden with fruit, are a riot of colors and flavors.
Apple Harvest: from January to April, tourists to Fraiburgo can take part in the Apple Harvest, a unique sensory experience. Visiting the orchards of apples, they can see the fruits still on the trees, and the different varieties, smell the aroma of the fruit, and harvest some, proving that the fruit of the original sin is still fresh.

Adventure Trip in the René Frey Native Forest: this trip is done using off-road vehicles called Kaygang, Jagunço and Jagunbus. These are jeeps and buses of the type used on African safaris. This tour visits a deer breeding farm and a lock on the river.

TREZE TÍLIAS O TIROL BRASILEIRO Fundada por imigrantes vindos do estado do Tirol, na Áustria, Treze Tílias é a única colônia austríaca do país. Sua arquitetura típica alpina, cultura, tradições, gastronomia, escultores e costumes trazidos da pátria-mãe, são preservados até hoje. Treze Tílias é conhecida como o Tirol Brasileiro devido aos valores culturais e artísticos trazidos da Europa e cultivados por seus descendentes.
Secretaria de Turismo: Lá estão em exposição permanente as esculturas e obras de artes dos diversos escultores e artistas naturais de Treze Tílias, que é a Capital Catarinense dos Escultores e Esculturas em Madeira. Cultura: As apresentações culturais de dança, música e
canto são as grandes atrações. Bandas, corais e números folclóricos de sapateado, com trajes originais e coreografias típicas, revezam-se nos diversos palcos pela cidade, mostrando e preservando as tradições.
Parques: cada parque tem um atrativo diferenciado: em um deles é possível encontrar uma réplica da cidade em miniatura, noutro um labirinto verde, noutro ainda passeios de pedalinho, e em todos é possível apreciar a paisagem local, com lagos, peixes, pequenos animais e a tranquilidade típica de uma pequena cidade.
TTREZE TÍLIAS THE BRAZILIAN TYROL Settled by immigrants from the Tyrol region of Austria, Treze Tílias is the only Austrian colony in the country. Its typical Alpine architecture, culture, traditions, cuisine, sculptors and customs brought over by the early colonizers are still preserved until today. Treze Tílias is known as the Brazilian Tyrol, due to the cultural and artistic values brought from Europe, and cultivated by their descendants. Secretariat of Tourism. There is a permanent exhibition of sculptures and works of art by various sculptors and natural artists of Treze Tílias, which is the Santa Catarina Capital of Sculptors and Wooden Sculptures.
