Please request all access services when ordering tickets online, at the Ticket Office or on the phone. When purchasing tickets online, please request access services in the box provided on the Order Details page; a Ticket Office representative will call you if changes need to be made to your seats. All events include personal curbside assistance on request. Assisted listening devices are available for Steinman Hall (Ware Center) and all venues at the Winter Center, free of charge. Accessible restrooms are located on the first and third floors of the Ware Center, and first floor of the Winter Center. An accessible elevator is available at both locations.

Ticket Information Pre-ordered tickets can be picked up at the Ticket Office during business hours, mailed (if requested), printed at home, or at “will call” one (1) hour before the event at the venue. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the performances unless it is a Family Fun Fest Show, but must have a ticket. Gift certificates are sold year round! Certificates can be purchased at the Ware Center Box office during regular business hours and by calling 717.871.2308.

parking and directions: The Ware Center 42 North Prince Street, Lancaster parking: prince street garage As you enter the downtown Lancaster City area via Prince Street, Prince Street Garage (Lancaster Parking Authority) will be located on your left at 111 North Prince Street. Another entrance is located on Orange Street, between Queen and Prince Streets. Cash and credit accepted. Discount vouchers available at the front desk of the Ware Center. parking: hager surface lot As you enter the downtown Lancaster city area via Prince Street, the Hager Lot will be on your left, directly across from the Ware Center on your right. This is a smaller lot and fills quickly. Cash and credit accepted. Discount vouchers available at the front desk of the Ware Center. parking and directions: The Winter Center 60 West Cottage Avenue, Millersville directions from lancaster city Follow Manor Street/PA-999 West. Turn left on North George Street. Take the third right at the traffic light onto West Cottage Avenue. Proceed approximately two blocks and turn left at the entrance to the Winter Center to drop off visitors. Continue past Prince Street for garage parking. parking Visitors are able to park for free in the Winter Center visitor parking spaces on the first level of our secure, covered parking garage at the corner of Cottage Avenue and Prince Street in Millersville. There is a well-lit walking path from the garage to the Winter Center. Handicap parking is available in the surface parking lot adjacent to the Winter Center. Visitor parking tags are not needed at any time when parking in the visitor parking spaces of Millersville’s Prince Street Garage or during events.
