How to make it
88 Cut the tube to wished length, here 314 cm. The length depends on the diameter of the Hoop you want. 88 Mark the center of your connector with a marker.
88 Insert the connector into the tube up to the mark. 88 Drill a hole 3 cm from the end of the tube.
