If electric products are proven defective, electric will replace them at no cost to you. If electric products are not considered defective, electric will offer to replace your product at retail market value. Smashing in to trees, rocks or curbs resulting in helmet damage are not under warranty. That damage means that the helmet did its job and cracked instead of your skull.

An impact may partially destroy the helmet. This damage may not be obvious to the naked eye therefore you should not use this helmet after an impact: destroy it or return it to Electric for inspection. This european standard is applicable to the performance requirements for two classes of snowboard helmets, class a and class b.
