In the waters of baptism, Feliciano A Doña died with Christ and rose with Him to a new life. May he now share with Him eternal glory. Our brother, Feliciano A Doña has gone to his rest in the peace of Christ. May the Lord now welcome him to the table of God’s children in heaven. With faith and hope in eternal life, we rejoice knowing that he now has a new home. Priest: Let us pray. O God, to whom mercy and forgiveness belong, hear our prayers on behalf of your servant Feliciano A Doña, whom you have called out of this world; and because he put his hope and trust in you, command that he be carried safely home to heaven and come to enjoy your eternal reward. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. People: Amen.
The souls of the just are in the hand of God, and no torment shall touch them. Everything indeed is for you, so that the grace bestowed in abundance on more and more people may cause the thanksgiving to overflow for the glory of God. Therefore, we are not discouraged; rather, although our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this momentary light affliction is producing
for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to what is seen but to what is unseen; for what is seen is transitory, but what is unseen is eternal. Scatter the darkness now and lead him over the waters of death. Let us pray to the Lord. Response: Lord, hear our prayers! 2. Our brother Feliciano A Doña was nourished at the table of the Savior.
