Now onto the good stuff. Ordering some greeting cards! 1.Ordering: Please order via email at ratboneskinny@gmail.com using the item numbers listed in the catalog. Provide your contact name, store name, address, phone, and email. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed. 2.Payment: initial orders must meet a minimum of $100 followed by a reorder of $50. Order in 6’s or 3’s where specified for single cards. A credit card is required for first time orders. Net 30 terms are available for accounts in good standing. Invoices will be sent via email and included in box at shipment. Accepted forms of payment are currently paypal. 3.Shipping: Your order will ship within 7 business days via USPS. Please notify us if you need items by a specific date. If we do not have your credit card on file, I will call on day of shipment. 4.Delivery: Call within 24 hours if there are any issues with your order or shipment. All orders will be accompanied by a tracking number via email at time of shipment. I will happily fix any mistakes on my end, but do not offer returns or exchanges on damaged or unsold goods.
