STEEL MILL OF ALOK GUPTA RAJ GUPTA
Alok Gupta Raj Gupta announced recently the building of a steel mill in a west region of Nigeria under the sponsorship of African Industries. At the completion of the mill, around 500 people will be hired. The mill will provide also additional income for around 1000 families in collection of scrap metal, ancillary services of mill, and so on.
Alok Gupta Raj Gupta sees the principal risks since the economic development of the country relies on oil revenue. He sees also the effect of business environments on request for steel products. Currently, the production of steel takes advantage of tax concessions but government policies can change when the politically situation is not stable.
