neck brace compatible
Certain technologies work better if the supporting products are designed to work in conjunction with each other. Neck braces are one of those technologies that need products design specifically to work with other safety equipment. Certain helmets, chest protectors, and roost deflectors are designed to work in conjunction with a neck brace to maximize comfort, fit, and motion.
tri-weave construction
Tri-weave is a special blend of Fiberglass, Carbon, and Kevlar that allows a composite helmet to be stiffer in thinner layers, and to tailor the stiffness in certain sections of a helmet like the chin bar, which needs to be stronger than other areas of a helmet.
stretch kevlar abrasion resistance
Used on our EVO pressure suit, EVO knee/elbow pads, and Kyle Strait, the stretch Kevlar resists tearing while keeping the caps and foam out of the elements to give them longer life. The stretch material also helps keep the pads as smooth and low profile as possible to eliminate snagging.
power stretch fabric
Our Power Stretch fabric is a specific polyester blend that helps wick away moisture, and cool the rider with its evaporative properties. The material performs better than traditional pressure suit materials because of its moisture management capabilities.
d3o速
The d3o components utilize the unique flow texture specifically designed to provide optimal freedom of movement and exceptional protection due to the macro-densifying mechanism, which maximizes contact and therefore minimizes pressure transmitted during impact. This protector is also breathable for ultimate comfort.
coolmax速 COOL MAX
COOLMAX速 fabric is the performance fabric that includes an effective fiber-based moisture management system. The system can move perspiration away from the body, and through the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and more comfortable.
fiberglass
The benefits of a Fiberglass shell come from the ability to tailor the construction to meet the needs of consumers with lighter weight, and stiffer construction. The chin bar on a helmet is one of the key areas where having extra layers of fiberglass can drastically stiffen the shell of the helmet, to make a safer product.
3k carbon fiber
3K carbon fiber is made with a tighter weave that is more flexible in the molding process which allows the helmet shell to have more carbon fiber strands supported by less resin. The use of less resin in turn allows the helmet to be lighter yet still provide superior protection.
in-mold technology
In-mold technology uses the bonding of the shell material (polycarbonate) to the foam (EPS) to form a bond that is stronger allowing a helmet to be constructed with more vents and channeling creating the lightest, most ventilated helmet possible.
vented injection molded caps
Injection molded caps offer great protection, but the drawbacks include heavier weight, and lack of ventilation. Most of our injection-molded protection was designed to limit these drawbacks by adding vents and holes that create ventilation and reduce weight without sacrificing protection.
full helmet venting system
The Full Helmet Venting System, or FHVS, is a system designed to give maximum airflow by linking channels and vents to create a vortex of airflow pushing warm air out of the helmet allowing cooler air to keep you cool.

high impact memory foam
A special impact material that has a stiff initial impact that slowly conforms to the shape of the body, which gives the protective piece a way to eliminate the heavier, air restricting hard caps that have traditionally been used in pressure suits.
rock crusher articulating armor
Used to eliminate the Achilles heal of body armor, by using over lapping joined hard caps that have the ability to overlap and move freely of the parts next to it. This allows the piece to stiffen when needed, yet maintain flexibility for greater comfort.
side zip panel
Side zip paneling allows the chest piece of a pressure suit to be one piece. That one piece has the ability to do a better job of protecting the vital zone of the chest including the sternum.

Clarino is composed of a non-woven fabric consisting of ultra-fine fibers, which are impregnated with polyurethane to improve flexibility, processibility and conformability. These properties make it the ideal material for the palms of gloves giving them a durable and comfortable base.

This ultra thin version of Clarino is designed to be lightweight and have great grip feel.
x-fit design
X-fit design tries to minimize the bunching that neoprene and other protective gear materials do as the rider’s joints go through a range of motion. By crossing the straps in the joint, the extra pressure keeps the materials smooth and bunch free.
slim fit design
Slim fit design is a pad that is meant to be as small and thin as possible, allowing it to be worn under pants, jerseys, and gloves.
toe spike ready
Embedded threaded inserts that allow the use of toe spikes for better traction on slippery terrain.
spd ready
These shoes come equipped with the mounting holes and hardware to mount any type of cleat to the shoe.
dur-tac compound sole
A unique outsole material that is more durable than traditional EVA foam, but is lighter weight, and allows the boot steel shank to work the way it is supposed to.
Detox fit system
The Detox fit system is a ratchet mechanism that adjusts the fit of the back of a helmet to give the rider a customized fit. It can be adjusted with one hand on the fly, but it is strong enough to hold its position if it is set to your perfect setting.
Dri-cool
Dri-cool is a bamboo woven product that has excellent anti-microbial and moisture wicking properties. Its lightweight construction and spandex stretch make it perfect for base layer construction.

prodigy The prodigy roost deflector is built with today’s rider in mind. This is the complete package, and it can be transformed to fit your unique needs of comfort and protection. In its complete form, the prodigy offers chest, back, and shoulder protection with injection molded caps, with impact foam bicep guards. Then it gets interesting as you can remove the parts that you don’t need, including the shoulder caps, and arm guards to fit what you need. The deflectors have built in flex points that help the prodigy conform to the body, while the back panel is raised to allow the use of a neck brace.
