ATTENTION AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR The following Air Conditioning Pressure Switch should be checked when replacing the Air Conditioning Compressor. The Pressure switch not working correctly is a common cause of the premature failure of the compressor on CNH Tractors. The switch causes the clutch to continually chatter which causes excessive heat within the clutch assembly. This in turns melts the grease in the bearing and it causes bearing failure.
