ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING A POWER STEERING CONVERSION KIT FOR A SUPER MAJOR 1. Oil Reservoir 2. Mounting bracket for hydraulic steering pump 3. Mount hydraulic oil pump to mounting bracket 4. Mount steering pump pulley to the pump 5. Fit ram bracket to engine body 6. Mount the steering cylinder 7. Fit hose from reservoir to hydraulic pump 5/8 R6 8. Fit return hose from pump to reservoir 3/8 R6 9. Assemble pressure hose from hydraulic pump to lift cylinder 10. Drag link will then be mounted 11. When installing the control arm to the steering ram do not force the connection as you may damage the valve and the steering will not work correctly. The 8mm screw must be tightened into the centre of valve command hole. 12. Install the V Belt (12 x 1275 )

13. Use special Sae 10 Or 20 oil (1ltr) start engine, check oil level and add oil when necessary, check all fittings and bolts and hoses after 1 week. 14. Adjustment screw for pressure release valve.
