MUSIC EXPO Medimex è l’unica fiera musicale italiana, un evento che coinvolge professionisti della musica, imprese e agenzie musicali, enti, istituzioni culturali, media e artisti italiani ed internazionali. Una fiera mercato dedicata ad ogni genere musicale, che si sviluppa in una ricca tre giorni di scambi artistici e commerciali, incontri d’autore, conferenze, meeting tematici, speed dating, showcase ed eventi. Gli obbiettivi del Medimex sono molteplici: favorire scambi e accordi, facilitare la relazione fra la musica pugliese e il mercato nazionale ed internazionale, riunire i protagonisti della filiera musicale per ragionare su prospettive, criticità e opportunità del mercato italiano e del Mediterraneo. Medimex è promosso dalla Regione Puglia - Assessorato al Mediterraneo, Cultura e Turismo, nell’ambito del Programma Operativo FESR (Fondo Europeo Sviluppo Regionale) Asse IV Linea M e realizzato dal Teatro Pubblico Pugliese/Puglia Sounds in collaborazione con MEI-Meeting delle Etichette Indipendenti.

Medimex is the only music market fair in Italy, an event that sees professionals of the music system, firms, music agencies, cultural institutions, media and national and international artists as protagonists. A market fair dedicated to all the music genres developed in 3 days full of artistic and business exchanges, meetings, conferences, speed dating, showcases and events. The main objective is to encourage the relationship between the regional, Italian and International music markets – with particular attention to the Mediterranean – in order to create an incentive for artistic exchanges and business relations, and to support the development of the entire music industry. MEDIMEX is a project promoted by Puglia Region - Mediterranean, Culture and Tourism Department - as part of the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) Operational Programme Axis IV Line M - and created by the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese, project Puglia Sounds, in collaboration with M.E.I. (Meeting of Independent Recording Labels).
