SUSAN ROBINSON FRUCHTL ERA WITNESS CHANGE
Susan Robinson Fruchtl, was named the ninth head coach in Providence College history on April 9, 2012. Robinson Fruchtl enjoyed an impressive playing career at Penn State University, where she was awarded the Wade Trophy, as the nation’s top collegiate basketball player in 1992. She also was a First-Team All-America selection and First-Team Academic All-America honoree. She served as head coach at Saint Francis University (Pa.), where she was named NEC Coach of the Year in 2011.
